This beautiful 3,100 sq. ft. creative studio/flex space is located in the heart of DTLA's Art's District. The first floor has plenty of natural lighting with 2 garage sliding doors on opposite sides of the space. This includes beautiful unfinished wood beams and columns, a newly added white kitchenette with a dishwasher, and access to a shared restroom. The second floor is just as airy and open with windows and skylights letting in, again, plenty of natural lighting. The space in general is perfectly rectangular, open, and can provide many flexible uses. It is also equipped with A/C from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM*. The space and furniture must be left cleaned and in the same condition as when you first arrived. - No smoking in space. - No loud music as it is not a soundproof space. Your set up and break down MUST be within your booking period. Our bookings may not have any buffer time in between. If you are not done within your booking period, there will be a fee.
