The office space is actually used on a regular 9-5 basis for one company, so it's perfect for anyone who needs to shoot in an environment that already has desktop computers, office supplies, some clutter, personal employee flare, etc! Pricing Details: - Splacer (by default) sets pricing to our Weekend Rates. - Weekend filming strongly preferred. - Rates outlined below. Weekend rates (6 hr min.): $150/hr base (varies on crew size) Weekday Rate (12 hr min.) Monday-Friday: $250/hr base *Note: A site rep is required only for all weekday productions. Weekday evening rates (6:00 PM-6:00 AM; 6hr min) $150/hr base For large productions, Crew Parking Lot Rental available 6 blocks / 0.5 miles from office. --------------- We are a fully functional corporate space and the office is in regular use Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
