We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

The Kavanah Space is centrally located in Greenwich Village/Downtown Manhattan. It is the perfect place to host a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, engagement party, brit milah, birthday party or corporate event. It features a stunning 2,000 square foot space that can either be used for an intimate group of 10-25 people or a larger event of up to 80 people.

Thinking about a wine tasting event? Look no further - our relaxed, clean & professional space is the perfect spot. Our private wine tasting room has lots of counter space, custom made tables and chairs to seat about 20 people. The floor is a clean/minimalist grey epoxy floor. The walls are clean grey, with the exception of the chic, classy wine bottle wall which has about 300 clear wine bottles on their horizontal, protruding from the wall. The light is dimmable and room has a sink and small fridge.

Welcome to the Carter room! This 600 square foot conference-style room warmly seats 16 people, but can host up to 30 people for a standing cocktail reception and can feed into an adjoining room for additional space.

My studio is an elevated, modern oasis in the heart of Flatiron. It features a living room, full kitchen, 3 bath and 3 treatment rooms, complete with an infrared sauna. We have fine art on display in every room with plants and lots of natural light.

We are a one-floor art gallery located in Chelsea, NYC. Artworks are always on rotation and on display, featuring works from a roster of talented artists. You are welcome to host your event at our gallery, but we do not allow loud parties or large catering events. All film/photo/record crews must be approved for booking. No moving furniture is allowed. Feel free to reach out to us, and we will respond to your inquiry request. We have an open space that is kept very neat and tidy. We have a projector available for use as well. There is a men's and women's bathroom on our floor.

Situated on the third floor of a historic building with elevator access from the street, the space is surrounded by the best restaurants, shops, and galleries downtown. The space is equipped with a full kitchen with Reform CPH cabinetry, open floor plan, ample storage and furniture. Additional rentals and services are available upon request. Guests are welcome to book the kitchen to cook their own food or our team can provide options for catering, beverage programs, and staffing needs.

This high-end salon/spa was thoughtfully designed in collaboration with the acclaimed interior designer, Kara Mann of Kara Mann Design. It’s an impeccable mix of classic and modern elements in a 5000 square foot loft space that still feels intimate and residential. A series of arches lead through the reception area and foyer, with matching Venini chandeliers and a marble fireplace, to a semi-private 3-chair salon area, then to a stunning main salon with 15 stations and a vintage glass and chrome processing table, punctuated by a 13 foot ceiling and picture windows overlooking 5th Avenue and flooding the room with natural light. On the opposite end are luxurious spa rooms, along with restrooms and changing rooms. It’s a beautiful and relaxing environment where a client can feel a sense of privacy while being part of the action. In addition, there's a video projector and a large ceiling-mounted electric screen on the main salon floor. Great for video/photo shoots, product launch events, bridal parties, and other special events.

Intimate and trendy penthouse recording studio located by Gramercy Park. The space is truly unique and a hidden gem on this beautiful block. Right downstairs from the building are some of the trendiest restaurants and amazing nightlife. The unit is 11 flights up and features 2 recording rooms with couches, a community room, 2 private roof decks with amazing views and tasteful finishes throughout.

Our kitchen is 600 square feet with a private bathroom. The design is a mix of vintage, modern, and industrial. We have combined the functionality of a commercial kitchen (20 feet of butcher block and stainless steel work tables, metal counter stools, and every possible piece of cooking equipment) tempered with the warmth of home (rich colors, 12-foot marble dining table, glass and enamel lighting fixtures, 1 massive skylights). We have a 36-inch, 5-burner induction range and a separate convection oven that fits 3 half-sheet pans. We also have 3 portable burners for countertop cooking demos (1 professional induction, 2 butane) We have comfortable seating for up to 14 people in the dining room. For non-seated events, up to 20 is most comfortable. Rentals include all linens (dishtowels, aprons) and the use of all kitchen equipment and servingware.

We are a luxurious street-level venue for extraordinary branding, storytelling and celebrations. We are built for flexibility as a white box event space, accented by historic New York architecture.
