Cre8ive Space 2-4, a 340 sq foot loft, boasts 12+ foot ceilings, a mirrored wall, and outward-facing, oversized windows for tons of natural light. The space accommodates up to 35 people, and has acoustic installation and versatile lighting. Starting at $38 an hour, Space 2-4 can be customized with requested furniture to fit your every need!
Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Cre8ive can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting.
We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), and has cold and sparkling water available.
Suitable for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Fittings, Yoga/Fitness classes, Movement/Improv classes, and more!

For multiple studio bookings, please contact us for a custom offer. We also offer custom quotes for multi-day and after-hours bookings.
