Our brand new Gallery Space is located right by the Hudson River in Chelsea featuring 5,000 sq. ft of customizable space. The Gallery is located on the street level and has private entrance. There are two floors that can be rented separate or together, coat room, two bathrooms, prep area and kitchenette. The Space has a modern look with clean white walls, cement floors and plenty of daylight coming through the large storefront window and skylight ceiling. We can comfortably accommodate from 1 to 350 people.

The space is a high end vintage furniture gallery with sculptural pieces that make feel visitors immersed in a movie or theater set, specially at night (as show in the images) The space can work for a photo/video production or private event ideally with the furniture acting as a prop. The place can be rented without the furniture also. This is a truly unique events space located in a renovated 19th century munitions warehouse turned arts center on Governors Island in New York Harbor, a short 8 minute ferry ride from Lower Manhattan. The space is on the 2nd floor and light-flooded through rows of windows on 3 sides with incredible views on the Manhattan Skyline. It has 22 ft ceilings and exposed original beams, an industrial/clean design with all modern amenities. Perfect for corporate retreats and events as well as film- and photo shoots.

Our Gallery is a non-profit that has been providing space for young emerging artists looking for a hip and affordable place to showcase their artwork. The gallery has been operating for more than 20 years. Artist, musician and visionary Shawn James established the space to facilitate creativity in all disciplines. The space has always maintained the goal of providing New York City artists with affordable and flexible performance, exhibition, and music rehearsal space. The Space: This space is an affordable spot for artists, photographers, musicians, and filmmakers to hold shows, shoots, concerts, or screenings. The space itself comes in at 3,000 sqft with plenty of natural light, 15’ ceilings, and a reasonable rental rate. We have table and chairs available as well as a projector should you need to host a meeting, film, or workshop. Flexibility is at the heart of the space. The space can comfortably handle 75-100 guests for a screening, game night, workshop, lecture, meeting, private party etc. $100/hr is our base rate and is subject to change depending upon the specifics of your event. The Location: This studio is accessible by both the G and the 7 trains and located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. There is on-street parking available, but not guaranteed.
