Ideal for period-set photo shoots and productions, this mid-century home - it was built in 1951 - straddles the line between authentic 1950s/1960s Los Angeles and updated retro chic. Each room in the five-bedroomed, 4,100 square foot house is distinctive from the rest; graphic wallpapers, pops of paint color on walls, design-centric artifacts, and accents. The open-plan Californian ranch-style home also allows in plenty of natural light and includes a large, lush backyard filled with trees.

Our space is a historic landmark, a Classic French Chateau in the heart of LA featured in major films and photoshoots. This beautiful home welcomes you with a spiral iron and wood staircase circling a large beautiful chandelier over a marble checkered floor in its entry hall. It's tall ceilings, marble fire places, grand mirrors and intricate moldings in both the Living Room and Dining Room and the vintage elevator with accordion gates are exquisite contexts telling a story of another time. The pool has been given the name by its visitors, LA's secret garden. Ficus trees and trimmed boxwood line the walls of vines, its greenery complementing the home's tall French doors, round bay windows and detailed architectural accents. Please note filming, if a larger group, is at an increased rate customized based on size of production.

The main entrance is on the Main street. The studio is on the first floor and has two entrances and a loading zone, perfect for two vans or one box truck. The entrance doors are approximately 9 feet high, making unloading a breeze. 11 ft high ceiling. Parking. Saturday - Sunday: FREE PARKING WITH NO RESTRICTIONS on both the Main and 38th streets! Monday - Friday: Plenty of FREE street parking on 38th street. The main street has No Parking from 4 pm - 6 pm. We also have a LOADING ZONE RIGHT IN FRONT of the studio, which makes loading in and out super easy!

A one-of-a-kind 60-acre mountain property located high above Los Angeles in the Santa Monica Mountains. It’s a tough place to describe; there is no 140-character combination that will do it justice. The simplest illustration: it can be what you want it to be. It’s an upscale living quarter meets natural paradise meets hippie compound. And this isn’t a view you can get anywhere; it is like nothing else that exists in Southern California. The property sports a panoramic 360 degree view of Los Angeles that is to die for. For a city like LA that is known for being incredibly expansive and fragmented, everything from Downtown LA to the Santa Monica bay is all but framed into a perfect picture here. Being almost 2,000 feet above the Pacific Ocean will do that for you. It is now available for bookings. Welcoming all movie shoots, photo shoots, music video productions, and artistic events. **Location is extremely private and not open to the public** The day price is $4000 flat for crews of 12 or less. Any additional hour will be charged via the hourly rate ($500/hr). Crews of 13-29 will be charged $600/hr Crews of 30-59 will be charged $700/hr
