A sense of air and light permeates the apartment, reinforced by hardwood floors, bold white corinthian columns supporting a high oak-beam ceiling, and a stunningly decorated, brightly-colored interior. The windows face North and East and the space is regularly used for photo shoots. The living room is the centerpiece of the apartment, complete with couches, throw pillows and high-backed armchairs. Flanked by plants and books, it feels like a modern day salon. The living room thrums with thoughtful details — Edison bulbs, the alabaster-white, corinthian column, industrial chess pieces. Next to the sitting space, you’ll also find a full 8-person dining table for guests and meals. Connected to the living room is a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances for your use, including rice cooker, Vitamix, and carbonator. Located in the heart of Midtown within a few blocks of Grand Central Station and the United Nations. This fabulous full floor loft apartment offers privacy in a unique high-rise boutique building. From the moment you step off the elevator, you know you arrived somewhere special. This remarkable residence offers 3 Bedrooms, each with en-suite Bath (the Master Bedroom will not be available and is not included in photos). Upon entering, step into the Gallery which is a great space for mingling. The Gallery spans nearly 34 feet and nearly 6 feet wide and is surrounded with unique framed photos. There is a nice size Powder Room off the Gallery Hall. On one side of the Gallery is the Dining Room which is 12'8" Wide and 16' long. Perfect for a sit down meal or to use as a conference room. The deep wood oval table measures at its largest 5'wide and 8'long but can be reduced by removing two 18" inserts. Eleven foot soaring ceilings add to the uniqueness of the space. The grand double Living Room has Eleven foot ceilings as well and is 570 square feet, with two separate seating areas, large Smart TV, hightop table that seats 6 and a magnificent walnut Baby Grand Piano available should your event require live music. There is also a Sonos System in the Living Room. The entire living room has nearly floor to ceiling windows and two large double doors, that when opened, reveal the Outdoor Garden Oasis which will take your breath away. Once night falls, perimeter and ambient lighting make the outdoor space feel warm and inviting. There is also a renovated Kitchen perfect for any caterer. All the wood floors are Brazilian Rosewood set in a herringbone style installed on top of sound dampening material. HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT?: 125 guests for any type of standing event 100 people seated at tables, with the rest seated in the leather lounge FURNITURE: We include 100x heavy duty folding commercial chairs. We include a luxury leather lounge that seats up to 25 people. We include 8x 8ft rectangle tables that seat 10 people each. We include 6x 6ft rectangle tables that seat 8 people each. We include 1x adjustable backdrop stand for up to a ten foot backdrop. We include a 4ft ice table for your drinks. We include a DJ equipment table. We include coat check racks, enough for all of your guests. We DO NOT include linens or decorative items. FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT: We include 2x giant hot plates big enough to keep 8x large trays warm. No canned heat! We include tongs, spatulas and serving utensils. Monday through Friday evenings can be adjusted into any six hour night block as long as your event is over by 1am. This way, it’s easy to have an earlier event like 4p-10p, or 5p-11p, or 6p-12a. SPACE RULES: Alcohol must not be sold, it must be provided free of charge. No cooking allowed, no fryers, no grills, no ovens, no steamers, no griddles. Just no cooking. No cotton candy machines please, they spray candy everywhere. An extra cleaning fee may apply. Events must be fully paid 4 weeks before the event date or you will lose your deposit. Sorry, no tickets sold at the door, only upstairs. Invited guests only. No glitter or confetti, neither inside balloons, nor sprinkled on tables. Automatic $150 additional cleaning fee. No tape of any kind, only white adhesive putty may be used on specific walls. No staples. No hot glue guns. You will automatically lose your full incidentals deposit. No 18 to 21+ parties. No exceptions. Teenage parties are ok, only with parents present. These prices feature the self-cleaning option. If you don’t clean up, there will be an additional $150 charge. During evening flat rate events, an extra hour, paid in advance, is $200 per hour. During evening flat rate events, an extra hour, added DURING your event, is $250 per hour. Daytime brunch events cannot be extended past their strict ending time of 5pm. Daytime brunches DO NOT have free load-in or load-out times as events are scheduled back to back. We collect an incidentals deposit (security deposit) of $300 before your event loads-in.
