Studios are open to rent for anytime of photo/video productions. *Separate booking rate* The KMPND is great for set design, photo shoots, parties, pop-up shops, performance's, dance/fitness classes. The space is equipped with a Dj Booth, speaker set-up, and projector. This has allowed for seated and non-seated events or separate point of sale sections. The "EVENT ROOM" as well as "THE CYC" both have roll up garage door entrances. Which allows for easy access for trucks, equipment drop offs and food vendors.

Welcome to Main Room LA! This has been the home to several artists and creators, being both a recording studio space and event space since 2020. 1 - Open Room - 1500 sq. ft. - Exposed brick event space, ideal for larger events (up to 100 attendees seated, 150 standing) such as concerts, film shoots, fashion shows and more. Concrete flooring cleaned prior to every event for a polished finished. 2 - Entry Way - 800 sq. ft. - Exposed brick entryway with rolling garage door opening (perfect for larger load-in's and events requiring both outdoor & indoor coverage. Rolling garage door leads into parking lot. Easy wheelchair accessible access to bathroom and kitchenette with dedicated fridge available. 3 - Recording Room - 400 sq. ft. - Comfortable yet spacious indoor recording room area with pre-treated walls and recording booth area. Rentals come with access to the main recording console (majority equipment provided by Avalon Design) as well as main Mac computer, equipped for all recording needs. Comfortably fits 12 seated with standing room access of 15-20. 4 - Parking Lot - 3700 sq. ft. - Spacious parking lot with access to fit 7 cars comfortably. Easily fits tour busses up to 42' in length. Private security surveillance via San Gabriel private security team is guaranteed throughout any event, any time of day. Full buyouts are encouraged and available upon request and requires customized booking depending on your needs. Set storage also available if needed, along with our outdoor storage containers if requested. A/C is available for all bookings and will properly circulate throughout the building for any and all events (silent enough not to interfere with recording room activities). The roof has been pretreated to keep out heat, so please do not worry about overheating inside our warehouse space. The expansive, uninterrupted mountain views create the ideal location for productions, retreats, and photo shoots. The Sky Mountain Villa open floor plan offers hair/makeup rooms, multiple bathrooms and several options for base-camp, digital tech setup, and staging. The property has options available for parking up to 30 cars upon request. Additionally, there is a separate garage workspace with glass garage doors available upon request. Within the 20 acre estate, the two private homes, Sky Mountain Villa and Infinity Bungalows, are close enough to walk or drive between, if you should book both, but they are also far enough apart with separate entrances to ensure complete privacy during your stay.

The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The neighborhood is called the Hollywood Dell and is part of "Old Hollywood." The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is around 1500 square feet and the lot it sits on is approximately over quarter of an acre. Pricing is based on 15 person maximum. For larger groups, additional fees will be applied. $100 cleaning/prep fee. During the event, he will be standing outside monitoring the entrance and will be available to assist and answer any questions you may have as well as implementing our COVID procedures. This will add great value to your event and will ensure the success of our format as a hidden “speakeasy”. They will unlock and lock up the door for us at check in and check out. This is a separate cost on top of the rental fee and it is mandatory. This location for any event requires 2 hosts to be onsite. You must book the host(s) for the full duration of the event via our preferred staff company on www.eventors.com before the event date. We collect $500 refundable security deposit before the start of any event to cover any damages\extra time\extra cleaning if required. We refund the deposit 2-3 business days after the event. This is collected Via Square with a card. Venue details: Two story loft-penthouse with huge terrace in the center of Hollywood, amazing view of the hills and Hollywood sign, valet parking is on both sides of the building, situated on a very quiet and wide street. In a secure building with an industrial freight elevator. Close to lots of restaurants and a Trader Joes. 2 AC's (Heat&Cold) one on each floor. Sonos speakers through out the whole loft. Fridge with Ice maker and water purifier. OUTSIDE VENDORS: We only allow into the venue vendors who are listed and booked on www eventorss.com (if you have someone you wish to hire but can’t find them on there NO WORRIES we can add them for no cost) Check it out, They have everything you need. This is a high end penthouse designed for classy gatherings, If you're looking to have a dance party this loft is not for you. We allow music to go until 10:30PM sharp (clean up till 12\12:30 am) ( special days like NYE, Halloween, etc can go later) we have a minimum of 5 hours per event for bookings over the WEEKENDS. Time frame\over time: Sharp check in & out - We charge 1.5% of our asking rate for over time You pay by the hour, (N/A for day rate customers) the time frame on your booking is the time you allow to use the loft, any additional time will follow by additional charges. Please include set up & clean up in your booking time frame. *The MOROCCAN LOUNGE in the picture is one of our rental options and not part of our standard set up. *We get a lot of people saying that the space LOOKS BIGGER in real life than it looks in the pictures - *WE DON’T ALLOW THE USE OF ANY SPEAKERS\AMP’S OTHER THAN THE ONES WE PROVIDE - 500$ FINE WILL BE APPLIED FOR BREAKING THIS RULE! Music: Included in with the space is our Sonos sound system which gets very loud, great for socializing/lounge atmosphere. We have 4 speakers around the loft and a tablet onsite. We currently allow DJ's. If you'd like to incorporate DANCING at your event, you'd have to use our sound system for extra price of $250 Music off at 10:00pm ALWAYS Venue closes 11pm LEAVE NO TRACE\CLEANING: You're in charge to return the loft the way you got it. Move furnitures back where they belong and leave nothing behind besides your trash. You'll have to pick up all trash around the loft (trash bags provided) and leave the bags next to the door for the cleaners to take out. Additional cleaning fee will be added to your booking in the case extra cleaning is required. Alcohol: We allow you to bring your own alcohol but we don't allow selling alcohol. Parking: There's a few valet parking lots on our street one of them is attached to the left hand side of the building, The lots are not part of the building and charge between 7-10$ per car for the day. Some street parking is also available. The TOP floor (with the upside down garden) comes empty only with the big 4 plants you see in the photos. The Moroccan lounge you see in the pictures is part of our event rental catalog. We also have other unique seating design options such as dinner tables\cocktail tables\chairs\benches available for rent.
