We handle all the logistics so you can focus on what really matters. We manage several locations in NYC. Each space has an on-site representative. Our customer experience team has been working in the production industry for 5+ years. We have a hands on approach and are here to assist you if needed. Once you book the space, our representative will be available on-site during the entire production, making sure your experience is seamless. Before you arrive, the space will be prepped and spotless ready for you to use. When you arrive, the on-site rep will check you in, assist you load in your equipment, and will be available on-site the entire time in case you need assistance with decor, furniture rearrangement, or any other requests that might come up. This is an eccentric and aesthetically rich artists loft and a bit of Williamsburg history. Established in 1989, Our open plan loft boasts a sunny southern wall of windows beneath 12ft ceilings where a vast, carefully curated collection of oddities both diverse & prodigious begs the eye to wander. From the walls of antique tools & implements, to hand-crafted vintage furniture, decorative and fine art objects, and taxidermy, it's a collection of collections and an experience not to be missed. Natural light shines on a garden platform with a wicker sofa, wood statuary and a jungle of plants. The spacious living room area features a long red velvet couch under our iconic tool display, a throne, a fainting couch as well as a large low coffee table. The back section of the loft has a wall of mirrors, a glass cabinet wall showcasing shelves full of oddities, a collection of antique cash registers and candelabras, and a ceiling & wall of beautiful reclaimed tin. The lavatory features a river stone floor, an antique claw foot tub with copper shower enclosure as well as an apothecary collection from the the early nineteen hundreds. In the Conservatory, which is just off the main room through tall double doors, a working 1913 Chickering stand-up piano sits beneath a gallery of historic and contemporary works of art including a collection of nineteenth century family portraits watching over our library of select books. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a wall display of vintage kitchen implements, a refrigerator collaged with 1940s envelopes, and several glass cabinets of various eras.
