Our original premier event space is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties, and elegant weddings. With over 10 years of experience we can provide a perfect venue for any event you can imagine, including fashion shows, product launches and celebrity chef demonstrations. Contact us anytime to set up an appointment to see our stunning spaces. Studio 1 boasts 14ft ceilings, two walls of windows (East and South facing) in a fully-renovated early 20th century building. Our rentals are typically based on a 10 hour window (including set-up and breakdown) at a fixed day rate, depending on event type and size. Please contact us for an exact quote for your event! A 6 or 8 hour window may be available, depending on the type of rental, at an hourly rate: $450/hour for a minimum of 8 hours, or an adjusted rate for a 6 hour rental (available for specific events.) Hourly rate may be higher for large-scale events. There is an additional cleaning charge and trash fee for all events. Access to the freight elevator before 7am or after 7pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour. Access to the freight elevator during the weekend is available at $150/hour. Holds for bookings are offered on a first-come first-serve basis. Secondary holds are offered after the first hold has been filled. If a secondary hold would like to place a deposit, the first hold will be given a 24-hour window to book, after which the booking will be made available to the secondary hold. Included in your rental is -access to in-house furniture (full list upon request) -in house AV which includes a Bluetooth sound system and two 55-inch HD TVs on rolling stands -High speed wifi -2 wireless, handheld microphones -Kitchens are set up with fully functioning electrical appliances including fridge, freezer, and electrical stovetop. (The gas range requires a propane hookup with FDNY permitting required, at an additional cost) In order to make sure that we are operating our studios in a safe and healthful manner for our returning clients in the wake of COVID-19 we are making a few necessary improvements and updates. We are following the Key to NYC requirements for indoor entertainment spaces, meaning all guests aged 12 and older should be able to present proof that they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine upon entry to the studio. More information on the Key to NYC mandate can be found here: https://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/covid/covid-19-vaccines-keytonyc.page This applies to all events held in our spaces, including private and corporate events. -Additionally, all staff at our studios have been vaccinated. -PPE including hand sanitizer, masks, and gloves are made available to guests upon entry to our studios - Additional hand washing stations have been installed in each studio. - All bathroom sinks have been retrofit with contactless faucets. - Increased wifi bandwidth will be available, up to 10 Gbps for remote videoconferencing needs for both events and productions. - Daily intensive cleanings of both studios. Music must be off at 11:30pm with guests exiting at midnight. No smoking

******* COVID-19 RESPONSE: We have created a no-contact set that will be pre-set and sanitized. for your single camera interview. All lights, tripod movement, camera operation and audio are controlled from the second floor of our building, allowing the subject to be isolated on the first floor. This means the subject can participate in a shoot without being in contact with another individual. Producers can be anywhere in the world and still talk face-to-face with their subject, utilizing either a direct-to-camera style or an off-camera style. All the producer needs is a laptop or computer with a webcam and a link we will provide. This allows for an intimate interview setting without ever occupying the same space, ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved. The subject will see the Producer throughout their entire interview, and vice versa. We have a TEMPERATURE SCREENING & TECHNOLOGY/HAND SANITIZING STATION set up at the front door of our studio. We also have disposable masks and gloves, disinfectant spray and wipes, and hand sanitizer readily available for our guests. There are infection control reminders posted throughout the space and the set and equipment will be sterilized before your arrival. ----------------------------- PERFECT For photography and video production, podcast recording, art installations, we host any one and anything! Our studio space is located in the bottom floor of our building, with easy ground level garage load in access. Our space is raw but flexible and easily adaptable to a number of different needs and uses. At 700 sq ft, Space 4 is our largest available space. Starting at $54 an hour, this 45-person capacity space contains a wall-to-wall mirror with draw curtains, versatile lighting, 12 ft+ ceilings, and a newly installed, sprung dance/performance floor. Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Creative can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible and elevator access), and has cold and sparkling water available. Suitable for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Fittings, Yoga/Fitness classes, Movement/Improv classes, and more! If you don't carry insurance we are happy to help you easily obtain short-term coverage, just let us know if we can help. ★ OCCUPANCY Maximum occupancy is 20. ★ AUDIO RECORDING Our studios are not sound-stages and are located in a building with other tenants. Productions successfully roll sound here however since every production is different we strongly urge that you schedule a time to scout to see if our studios meet your needs. We cannot advise on nor make any claim to the suitability of the facilities for recording audio for your production. Since we sometimes are hosting multiple shoots in our facilities and there are other tenants working in the building we are unable to create special audio-recording conditions. We, nor our guests, can not disturb other teams working in our studios nor other building tenants with requests to accommodate audio-recording needs. Usage must be identified and agreed upon at the time of booking. • Maximum occupancy is 20 people. • No set construction is permitted within or around the studio or building including hallways and sidewalk. • Out of respect for our neighbors, studios have a volume limit & live performance of any kind is not permitted. • Personal camera & personal digital are welcome. If you wish to bring in any other equipment, a fee of $600 per day applies. • No liquids permitted on the cyc. • No equipment or people permitted on the curve (radius) of the cyc. • No gaffer tape allowed on the cyc. • Any and all usage of loose glitter or confetti requires prior approval and is subject to a cleaning charge of at least $300. • Any usage of foggers, hazers, fire, smoke or pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited. • Any usage of HMI or Tungsten lighting is subject to an added electricity usage surcharge of $200. • Animals are not permitted without prior written consent. • Sofas, plants and other furniture cannot be relocated for usage as props. If plants or other furniture are in your way please let the studio manager know.
