Welcome to my unique South Street Seaport Manhattan penthouse apartment & rooftop for an Event, Party, Photo and/or Video shoot. Max capacity 40 people 1200 square feet Set ups: 1. Photo shoots and Video shoots: $150/hr (3 hr min) + $100 cleaning fee (standard). $1200 for 10hr day + $100 cleaning fee. Price depends on the size of your crew and amount of equipment. Select site visit, so we can discuss the details over the phone. This is a luxury apartment but it has a photo and video studio set up. You have to bring your own lights. I have the shoot uprights, white and fashion gray paper and pure white muslin fabric. Shoots get a RAW space and furniture is moved into master suite. 2. Parties: $185/hr (2 hr minimum) + $100 cleaning fee (standard). Celebrities have their parties here where everything is anonymous. Day, Brunch or Dinner parties. Baby Showers and Family Parties. Click site visit and let's discuss the orientation of the furniture. 3. Meditation/Yoga events/ Corporate events/Meetings: - $185/hr (2 hr minimum) + $100 cleaning fee (standard). Our customer experience team has been working in the production industry for 5+ years. We have a hands on approach and are here to assist you if needed. Once you book the space, our representative will be available on-site during the entire production, making sure your experience is seamless. Before you arrive, the space will be prepped and spotless ready for you to use. When you arrive, the on-site rep will check you in, assist you load in your equipment, and will be available on-site the entire time in case you need assistance with decor, furniture rearrangement, or any other requests that might come up. COI is mandatory for all productions, offsite meetings and events. We can help you sort this out using our trusted COI supplier which is very affordable. Cocktail Parties, Dinner Parties of all types, Benefit Events, Fashion Shows, Movie , Video and Photo Shoots, Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions, Business Meetings and Presentations, Kosher and non Kosher Events, Bar and Bat Mitzvah’s, are only some of the uses that our space can provide. We offer a large lounge area with a oval shape bar and an oversize wood burning fire place. The large square dinning room has a two steps down area for smaller group dinning as well as for dancing or any type of performing and presentation use. A smaller rectangular private dinning room is perfect as well for other uses like hair and make up for photo shoots or fashion shows. We are in the heart of the West Village of Manhattan few steps from Christopher Street subway station or the Path Train Station. We can provide audio and video (projection)support for presentations and for entertainment. We have an in house DJ, as well as belly dancing performers or any art performers, photographer, flower design, additional interior design and big group transportation. Our lounge area can accommodate up to 150 standing or a combination of 75 seated and 50 standing. The Main dining room can accommodate up to 250 standing or 175 seated with a possibility of combining seating and standing at all different scenarios. The private dining room can accommodate up to 25 dinners. Smoking is not allowed at any time. Pets allowed as long as there is no food served at the same time of the event. We will not allow outside catering and not allow outside liquor or wine at any time do to to NY State Liquor License Laws. If set up time is required outside of the event day it will be charge on a case to case basis. For after 5:00 pm all catering of food and liquor has to be offer by us. After 5:00 pm events have a minimum spend base on day of the week.

Our loft occupies an entire floor in a commercial building in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Rent the entire space for up to 100 guests. The venue features state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, built in music, comfortable vintage styled seating, two bar stations, full kitchen, game room and or conference room with a conference table. Hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and expansive windows create a warm and welcoming environment.
