The views are gorgeous day and night. This property is ideal for film, music videos, influencers, wedding proposals, productions, meditations, yoga, or celebration. We do have a strict noise ordinance unfortunately, so the rooftop lounge closes at 10pm, but the event can continue indoors after that. There can be no music outdoors any hour. All music must be kept indoors. There is limited street parking. We highly recommend big gatherings to Uber. Most houses in Hollywood Hills will not having parking accommodations for large parties.
