A creative brainchild of photographer, Cam Kirk; the studio is a place for photographers and creatives a like to create projects, sharpen their skills, and conduct their business with the professional tools needed to advance. Cam Kirk brings his industry knowledge and creative resources into a creative paradise for Atlanta’s rising artistic culture. The design and layout of Cam Kirk Studios is what makes our space unique. It's a boutique style creative space that is filled with art, books and inspiration throughout unlike your traditional white walled studio.

As entrepreneurs, we originally designed our home to host our own business retreats, but over time, friends kept begging to use it for their own team meetings and dinners. So we figured, why not let other groups enjoy it as well! The living room, dining room, conversation area, kitchen and sunroom are all open and allow for collective conversation as well as the ability to split into small groups. The dining table opens up to seat 12, but we've used folding tables on the end to allow for even larger groups. We also have a built in projector that is connected to our Apple TV and projects to a large blank wall. Guests are welcome to connect their computers directly to the projector (via a provided HDMI cable) or through the Apple TV or a Chromcast stick. Our outdoor dining area offers a dream kitchen with a griddle, an XL grill, a double burner and 2 warming drawers. We even have a Dutch oven station for the outdoorsy campers out there! Our outdoor table can seat 16 people when pushed together but can also divide into 2 tables accommodating 12 and 8 people. Up under a draping tree is our amazing fire pit. There are 8 dedicated adirondack chairs around it, but there is space for an additional 4 chairs. Do people leave immediately after your meetings? You will find that our home offers such a warm and inviting environment, that people will linger and talk far longer than anticipated. Even the quietest introvert in your group!

Come enjoy our charming renovated 1940’s bungalow located in the historic Lakewood Heights neighborhood! One of the most unique aspects about the home is the decor and cozy feel. Downstairs there is a modern updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining and living room, and 2 full sized bedrooms, 1 micro bedroom and bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen, the other bedroom has a twin bed and futon and the micro-dorm has a twin bed and mini fridge. Upstairs the attic has been converted into a bedroom, office and spa style bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and cuddle space and the office has a desk and fold out futon and mid sized refrigerator. Built in 1908, the former Sylvan Hotel was fully restored in 2022, maintaining all of its Southern charm while adding modern amenities. Our drive-in studio boasts a spacious green cyc, measuring 30' L x 25' W x 13' H, providing ample space for your production needs. Additionally, we have a grid that can hold lights, ensuring optimal lighting for your shoot. We understand the importance of having the right equipment for your production, that's why we offer camera and equipment packages available for rent, which include lighting and camera equipment, to ensure you have all the tools you need to make your project a success. Our studio is sound-dampened with K13 insulation, ensuring that any noise from the outside is kept to a minimum. We also offer 400 Amp 3-Phase Electrical Power, providing ample power for all your equipment. We understand the importance of comfort for the cast and crew. That's why we have a greenroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen space for food and beverages. We also have a conference room available for meetings or pre-production planning. Our facility also includes an insulated bay door for loading and vehicle access, ample parking in front and back, and a car detailing/special FX area with a drain and utility sink. We also offer high-speed internet access with Comcast Gig Speed Internet. Located just off I-285 near the Battery at Sun Trust Park, our facility is easily accessible and convenient for your production needs.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a beautiful meal, and then you can decide to eat indoors or al fresco on the covered porch. The three large porches run the width of the house, providing even more spaces for gathering and relaxing. And multiple workspaces and fast wifi speeds ensure you'll be productive during your stay.
