This spacious industrial space is known for its high ceilings, exposed ductwork and beautiful acoustics. You can display its beauty as is or accentuate it with your style to create a memorable experience for your attendees. This versatile event space is only 20 minutes away from Hartfield-Jackson International Airport, near Atlanta’s most sought out attractions, and close to a variety of restaurants meeting any palette or any budget. Nearby, there are several hotels and state of the are accommodations that can host your attendees visiting the ATL or your staycation. Feel free to bring additional lighting, AV, or mic equipment. Also, there are no restrictions on providing small bites, hiring your favorite caterer, or providing your attendees with the perfect meal. This is gem is ready and waiting for you to book today. We can’t wait to host you! To allow enough time to clean our perfect event space, we schedule at least an hour buffer between consecutive bookings.

As entrepreneurs, we originally designed our home to host our own business retreats, but over time, friends kept begging to use it for their own team meetings and dinners. So we figured, why not let other groups enjoy it as well! The living room, dining room, conversation area, kitchen and sunroom are all open and allow for collective conversation as well as the ability to split into small groups. The dining table opens up to seat 12, but we've used folding tables on the end to allow for even larger groups. We also have a built in projector that is connected to our Apple TV and projects to a large blank wall. Guests are welcome to connect their computers directly to the projector (via a provided HDMI cable) or through the Apple TV or a Chromcast stick. Our outdoor dining area offers a dream kitchen with a griddle, an XL grill, a double burner and 2 warming drawers. We even have a Dutch oven station for the outdoorsy campers out there! Our outdoor table can seat 16 people when pushed together but can also divide into 2 tables accommodating 12 and 8 people. Up under a draping tree is our amazing fire pit. There are 8 dedicated adirondack chairs around it, but there is space for an additional 4 chairs. Do people leave immediately after your meetings? You will find that our home offers such a warm and inviting environment, that people will linger and talk far longer than anticipated. Even the quietest introvert in your group!

HOUSE RULES Please be honest about what you're booking and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success. +Any booking requests under 24 hours might not be guaranteed. +To allow enough time to clean our studio space, we schedule 30 minute cleanings between each booking. +The white wall mount flooring is sealed and will be thoroughly cleaned prior to each booking. +No other room is included in the rental of this space. +No LARGE gatherings [Strict COVID-19 protocol enforced]. +Please provide the number of attendees prior to booking for approval. +All bookings should include "load-in/ load-out" times. +No pets allowed at any time. +No food allowed unless "pre-approved". +No PAINT/ FAKE BLOOD/ CANDLES allowed at anytime on the white wall mount. +No pornography films allowed. +Nudity is allowed. +Please let us know if you plan to bring in outside furniture. +NO ALCOHOL allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS! You will forfeit your booking and be asked to leave the premise. +NO DRUGS/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA allowed at any time! NO EXCEPTIONS! (Overtime is subject to double the hourly rate if you do not notify the host at least an hour to your booking end time for approval. So we ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. Any repeated complaints will cause for a forfeiture and end to the booking! +Recording: By agreeing to this booking you also acknowledge our 24 hour surveillance camera which will be recording during your entire booking. +Renter must clean up everything and turn off all electronics FULLY before leaving. +If furniture has been rented or moved, renters must put everything back before the end of their booking. +Renters MUST leave the studio as they found it! +Absolutely NO SMOKING in the studio. If there is smoking the client will be charged $1000 smoking fine! +No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of an illegal substance! +The studio has limited rights to use of photos, film, and other media from each session or shoot for the intention of promotional content when granted in booking by client. +NO SMALL CHILDREN allowed in space. +Production insurance is not required for small projects +Production insurance IS REQUIRED for large projects +DAMAGES: You will be required to pay for any damages to the space/items. +Wall decor cannot be removed +We are not responsible for any injuries obtained during the duration of your rental so please be careful. General Rules: SOUND: The studio is not soundproof! If you plan a live recording, please let us know ahead of time so that we can limit the number of on site staff members and advise neighboring units. TIME: Load in and load out times have been included in your overall booking. You may arrive at our studio at most 15 minutes before your start time, and you must EXIT before your end time to avoid any overtime fees. We will not extend your booking if you are late. Please be aware that we schedule 30 minutes in between bookings in order to clean the space. EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking, however it would depend on our studio's booking schedule. Please inform a staff member of possible overtime at least 1 hour prior to your end time. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS: If more guest arrive during your booing than the number of approved attendees, you will be charged an additional $15 fee per person per hour. NO WEAPONS: Guests may not bring weapons, including firearms, explosives, and/or knives (even if they have a license to carry). Any guest in violation of this policy will be asked to leave immediately by a member of staff. Guest will also forfeit all monies. WHITE WALL MOUNT CLEANLINESS: We will provide show covers ("blue footies") for guest to wear when on the wall mount. Security The studio space is equipped with interior security cameras [located in all common areas], and exterior equipment [all both entry points] as an extra measure of security.

Our fully insulated sound stage, labeled "STUDIO A" in the floor plan photo, boasts a spacious 9,000 sq ft of production space, complete with a variety of industry-specific amenities to ensure your project is a success. Our sound stage features two corner white cycs, measuring 40' L x 25' W x 13' H, providing ample space for your production needs. Additionally, we have a grid for lighting, ensuring optimal lighting for your shoot. Our soundstage is soundproofed with K13 insulation, ensuring that any noise from the outside is kept to a minimum. We have a silent HVAC system to keep the temperature and ventilation optimal for your production. We also offer 400 Amp 3-Phase Electrical Power, providing ample power for all your equipment. We understand the importance of comfort for cast and crew; that's why we have a greenroom included, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen space for food and beverages. We also have a conference room available for meetings or pre-production planning. Our facility also includes an insulated bay door for loading and vehicle access, ample parking in front and back, and a car detailing/special FX area with a drain and utility sink. We also offer high-speed internet access with Comcast Gig Speed Internet and camera and equipment packages available for rent. Our facility is easily accessible and convenient for your production needs.

Escape Key is conveniently located on Edgewood Avenue directly in the heart of Atl. Our main feature is an ‘8x’13 cyclorama. We also have backdrops available as per request. Great natural lighting as well as black out curtains if another aesthetic is needed. Building is secured with digital entry.
