Built in 1956 on a lot of almost one acre, this sublime mid century home has one of the most breathtaking panoramic city views of Los Angeles you will ever find. The street is a dead end so it is extremely quiet, the view, which spans from Downtown LA to the Getty Center, is unobstructed and the entire property is unoverlooked thanks to its perfect location and orientation as well as the steepness of the hill it is on. This home offers a very nice outdoor space with two separate patios on each side of the pool. Strong heaters and a jacuzzi to keep you warm. WE ONLY OFFER ACCESS TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE, NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE HOUSE EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING ROOMS: The garage will be available to set up equipment/ makeup and dressing area as well as a large bathroom containing one toilet and one shower with all the necessary products at your convenience. There are multiple fire pits and ample seating areas. The house also offers a beautiful and large built in BBQ and wet bar. One of the best features is the outdoor covered patio with 4 sets of French Doors leading to the dining room and formal salon. We are a cozy space with a ton of gear and designed to handle high end photo shoots from Head shots, Fashion, Beauty, Editorials, food and product shots, e-commerce shoots, and the space is large enough to handle dance frozen moment shoots too :) We carry gear from: Hasselblad, Canon, & Broncolor. We have a beauty dish, 133 Para Beauty light, and a host of grip gear from overhead diffusions to a Mega Boom - all at reasonable added costs. We Have a designated area for Makeup and Wardrobe. A well lit Makeup mirror and makeup table, Wardrobe rack, and a Professional grade steamer. We provide a client refrigerator and a full kitchen for any food shoots or craft services :) A Nice cozy couch in the green room area close to the set for clients and crew. We also have surround sound Sonos speakers in the studio as well in the other areas :) Free high speed Wifi included :)

The main floor features a large foyer with a dual staircase, formal living room, family room and bar, a study, powder rooms, kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining room. The second story has 5 amazing bedrooms that all have private en suite bathrooms. The lower level has a large media room with a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a full gym, laundry room, and the garage. Outside features multiple gardens, fireplaces, barbeque, dining area, and stunning balconies that peer over the spectacular grounds.

Our conference room seating 6 people, having a screen and a white board is a perfect space for small meetings, brainstorming sessions, and presentations. The room is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The walls are painted a neutral color, and the furniture is modern and comfortable. The conference table is large enough to accommodate six people comfortably, and it has plenty of space for laptops, notebooks, and other materials. The table is also equipped with a built-in power strip, so you can easily charge your devices during meetings. At the head of the conference table is a large white board, which is perfect for writing down ideas, brainstorming, and giving presentations. The white board is also equipped with a projector screen, so you can easily share your presentations with the group.
