As the ‘Culture Corner,’ the venue utilizes the space as a platform for young talent, including artists, designers, performers, and influencers. In the daytime, the loft offers fitness classes, yoga, and zumba, while serving daytime refreshments like juice and snack; in the evening, the space operates as a nighttime venue that is available to rent by hosts and promoters.
The storefront features a fashion boutique capable of dressing an individual from head to toe with clothing and accessories from local designers who lease racks monthly. Moreover, the walls throughout also feature art for sale from local visual artists.

The studio comes with two hair & makeup stations, a large bathroom with full-length mirror, wet bar with fridge and espresso machine, a wedding dress stand, a large clothing rack, 2 jiffy steamers, a 48" round dining table for catering/craft services, three white desks, 16 folding chairs (in red, pink, black, and white), 2 white leather office chairs, and 4 red stools. There is also a lounge area with a large pink velvet couch and a black wassily armchair.
The space is a 1400 sq ft hair salon / loft space location in a cool neighborhood in Greenpoint. The space is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. The space has a very open layout and a cool atmosphere with a great speaker system and turn tables. The space has a bathroom, small kitchen area with a sink and mini fridge and a small back room with a table and couch.

Our beautiful pre-war machine shop in the heart of Williamsburg showcases 1920s’ chic decor, exposed brick and soaring ceilings. This listing is for the second floor vintage loft and roof deck.

Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience.
In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored.
Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.)

House Rules:
Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup.
Trash and recyclables must be separated and left bagged up in the garden to avoid additional garbage handling fee. Everything else brought into the space must be removed by the end time.
$750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following event, pending no damages or overtime.
Overtime is strict and charged per half hour or part thereof.
No smoking of any kind indoors, that is welcome in the garden only.
Absolutely no use of smoke/haze/mist/fog machines.
No use of decorations or anything else that sheds glitter please.
House speakers are for use connecting to phone or laptop only, DJs must bring and use their own equipment.

Perfect for rehearsals, classes that involve movement (yoga, improv, etc.), film shoots, and of course performances! The stage space is 16 feet wide by 13 feet deep. A set of curtains separate the stage from the backstage space.
Backstage, you'll find a green screen wall, a mini fridge, a couch, armchairs, and Keurig coffee machine - please feel free to use what you'd like! The stage right wall of the theater is a deep, rich, unique purple color. Tech booth, sound board, and basic lighting board are available, as are regular house lights. We have risers set up, as well as 36 seats, and we can seat up to 50 people by adding additional chairs.
Please note that you're welcome to use everything, but please keep in mind that this is a theater venue, not a blank event space. We cannot remove risers. We are also a theater venue in that we are not a concert venue. While we've had musicians, student concerts, musicals, and other things of that nature in the space, we're not set up to host events as if we were the Barclays Center. We're a blackbox theatre venue, we can't accommodate music that shakes the building or audiences that want to slam around the space.
UPDATED HOST RULES FOR CLARITY:
- Rental hours are billed from beginning of set up, to end of clean up - this means that the time you book is the time that you have. We often have multiple bookings in a row, so we cannot accommodate surprise early in times or extra load out times.
- Please do not bring in your own sound systems. We're not that kind of space.
- Alcohol can be served, but not sold.
- We do not have a kitchen, but catered events are welcome! Let us know if you'd like nearby recommendations.
- This is a non-smoking building.
- While we accept performances, we do not accept raves. Anything with moshing or music that shakes the building isn't a good fit for our space.

We have two main rooms, one white and one black, which are similar in size. There are two large skylights in each room, and they let in ample natural light throughout the day. There are 2 bathrooms, one connected to each large room. For small events under 10 people on off-hours, we can let you rent the black room only for a lower cost, but this is subject to certain events.
There is lightweight kitchen with sink and dishwasher and small fridge in the front white room.
The black room has two custom structures with a gold leaf patterned archways -- one houses a photobooth with a full plant wall, and the other is a DJ booth.
ALCOHOL: All parties must be private, we cannot have ticketed events and it must be open bar.
