Great for any occasion party (wedding, shower, anniversary, birthday), photo shoot, staging, pop up store, or art exhibition, music event or performance. Plenty of outlets, access to wifi, secure location. Brand new kitchenette and bathroom which is ADA accessible. There is one large white wall that is on casters which can be moved to divide the space or create a backdrop or display. Included in the rental: 50 folding chairs and 5 8ft tables that each seat 8-10 people. A Fender PA system as well as microphones and cables are available for an additional fee. Red velvet rope stanchions are also available to add some fanfare to your event! The exposed spiral staircase allows for great group photos to be taken from above. The building is on a charming street in the Heart of Italy - steps from famous Italian restaurants that provide catering if desired.

Located on the prestigious Mag Mile, the training room makes the ideal location for your meeting, seminar or class. The space can hold U shape for 18, classroom for 30, and theater style for 40. Room has drop down screen. (additional fee for projector) The training room is nestled in a shared office with option for adding breakout rooms. We can help with ordering catering & coffee service and any other needs to make the meeting a success!

This is not your standard rental space. Originally built for a cobbler in the 1900’s,until it transitioned into a zinc foundry for the last 50 years. The foundry was even rumored to cast oscar awards at this very spot! We underwent a major renovation, bringing this little slice of history into a modern open concept photo-studio while maintaining it’s original industrial vibe. Our community room is a large, sunny space with exposed brick and hardwood floors. It has a variety of sitting areas that can be left as is or rearranged as needed. Our main meditation hall is a large, bright, and calming space. There is a Tibetan Buddhist shrine and wall-hangings that need to remain in place.

Our event space is perfect for any gathering. We offer several different layout options within our space depending on the event. With our full basketball court, the space can remain open for activities, or we can have tables, couch, and chairs for seating. The space has a container bar that includes seating for 8, along with a second level over the bar that overlooks the entire space. We have a 150" LED wall which can be split any which way to watch games or project accordingly. Lighting and be dimmed and intimate or bright. The golf simulator is the highest grade out there and offers all of the top courses in the country. This is a great space for birthday parties, wedding receptions, photoshoots, pop-ups or any corporate gathering.

The Corner Meeting Room is a fun space with fantastic views of the city and Chicago River. It's an ideal space for a team meeting, brainstorming session, offsite meeting or client presentation. Space offers privacy with an open feel. The meeting room has 2 walls of windows. It is near to our onsite kitchenette, so you have easy access to grab a coffee or water.
