We are a family-owned business in Bridgeport specializing in handmade, vintage & upcycled clothing, home goods & more. The walls are a light gray and laminate faux-wood flooring throughout. There is a bathroom on the property and central AC/heat. All fixtures are handmade and add a homey feel to the grayscale interior. A small curtained-off dressing room is in the back corner with a selection of vintage art & decor.
Classic Chicago exposed vents go across the room along one side of the space. The space is 800 sq ft, only 12 ft wide.
Located on the prestigious Mag Mile, the training room makes the ideal location for your meeting, seminar or class. The space can hold U shape for 18, classroom for 30, and theater style for 40. Room has drop down screen. (additional fee for projector) The training room is nestled in a shared office with option for adding breakout rooms. We can help with ordering catering & coffee service and any other needs to make the meeting a success!
This unique venue is housed on the second floor of a converted factory rich with history and character. With two distinct sides, the West side boasts a 2,800 sq ft floor plan that can be used to host your next event.
Where traditional meets modern; Le Loft is designed with the foundation of a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing natural elements and textures, with clean lines. By infusing modern pieces, and the intentional use of color and shapes, we have designed a vibrant and visually stimulating environment, with special moments throughout the space.
The West side showcases 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and an open layout. The space feels warm, homey, and moody. Additionally, the West side features a bar, and bonus "Blue Room" in the rear, which can be used as a cocktail lounge, extra seating, kids zone, video village, or any other special space you might need for your event or shoot.

This is a 550sf shooting space, with 13 ft ceilings. The perfect studio for portrait, tabletop, e-com, fashion and apparel shoots, as well as a great casting and video space. The space offers a 17x22 shooting area, with client waiting and meeting area, dressing room and hair and make-up station. Lighting equipment, grip and seamless backgrounds are also available for an additional charge.
Conveniently located in North Center, a 1/2 mile from Damen Brown Line stop, directly across from the Lawrence Metro stop and 1 mile west of Lake Shore Drive. Steps to Starbucks, Marianos, Dunkin Donuts, and a huge selection of restaurants and bars to get your fix.
