A converted old house that is now used for cooking classes and private events, the space also functions well as a location for mixed media shoots (photo, video, etc). The venue is divided into a first and second floor, each with its own usable kitchen and distinctive dining spaces. Each kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, an array of platters/servingware, utensils, flatware, glasses, and mixed design plates. Unique decor and expansive workspace make this an ideal setting for media shoots that need both a functional kitchen and a beautiful background space. With lots of natural light and totally adjustable interior lighting, the space has already been the setting for several successful shoots in the past. A front and back brick outdoor patios are available for use. Refrigerator and limited freezer space available for use during rental. On-site dishwasher can be hired to assist with clean-up.

Studio Is not sound proof and is located near CTA subway green line. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, but you can hear train every 20 min. Sometimes you can hear my neighbors in the hallway.
