1 - Main Area - 1500 sq. ft. - Exposed brick event space, ideal for larger events (up to 100 attendees seated, 150 standing) such as concerts, film shoots, fashion shows and more. Concrete flooring cleaned prior to every event for a polished finished.
2 - Front Room & Kitchenette- 800 sq. ft. - Exposed brick entryway with rolling garage door opening (perfect for larger load-in's and events requiring both outdoor & indoor coverage. Rolling garage door leads into parking lot. Easy wheelchair accessible access to bathroom and kitchenette with dedicated fridge available.
3 - Green Room - 400 sq. ft. - Comfortable yet spacious indoor flex area with pre-treated walls and privacy booth. Comfortably fits 12 seated with standing room access of 15-20.
4 - Parking Lot - 4300 sq. ft. - Spacious parking lot with access to fit 15 cars comfortably. Easily fits tour busses up to 42' in length, food trucks and production trucks.
Private security surveillance via San Gabriel private security team is guaranteed throughout any event, any time of day. Full buyouts are encouraged and available upon request and requires customized booking depending on your needs. Set storage also available if needed, along with our outdoor storage containers if requested. A/C is available for all bookings and will properly circulate throughout the building for any and all events (silent enough not to interfere with recording room activities). The roof has been pretreated to keep out heat, so please do not worry about overheating inside our warehouse space.

You will either be greeted personally by one of our associates or provided with a code to enter through the front door if your rental is to begin early in the morning or if no one is available at that time. Generally we are more than happy to meet our guests to get you situated.
For events where ANY alcohol is to be consumed or served, guests are required to hire a licensed bartender.
Failure to provide our staff with the appropriate certification will result in a fine of $250+
Please Note:
- If you require any furniture to be moved or stored for the duration or your event, there will be a fee to move and store it that is based on what you want moved and/or stored. Fees start at $50. If you would like either of the satellite bars or the refrigerator moved or stored, we require that our staff moves it.
- The space is situated next to a micro boutique hotel and event venue and occasionally some noise can be heard from neighboring events and guests.

This lovely space is a 3000 sqft. corner unit located in the heart of the Arts District. Our large amount of windows and skylights will make sure there is more than enough amount of natural sunlight to fill the space. This is a professional space dedicated to all types of activities, such as but not limited to photoshoots, film shoots, off-site meetings, workshops, pop-up store events, conferences, base camp setup .etc.
As a creative studio, we encourage our guests to use their imaginations to utilize this space, so please feel free to move things around the space. however, the most important space rule I wish every guest could honor: If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you move it, put it back. If you break it, fix it. (or notify me please) If you make a mess, clean it up. this is all I asked. simple and easy.

HOST Rules
Please be upfront with what you're looking to do. If you are interested in utilizing the space for meetings, workshops, films, music videos, advertising campaigns, or events it is all possible. I'm happy to schedule you for a site visit depending on space availability. I'm sure a lot of us want to feel the space out before booking, so just reach out to me and I'll add you to the books!

- Total number of cast & crew
- Desired date(s)
- Exact hours you will need, including load-in/load-out, setup, and tear-down
OK, let's go through some general rules of this space.
-Alcohol Usage Fee $200.
- NO SMOKING inside the space. smoke inside the space will be fined $500
- Alcohol usage within the space is upon request. An additional deposit may be required since our carpets, cyclorama wall area, and walls are very sensitive to color stains.
- No glitter, confetti, flour, chalk, etc ($600 cleaning fee will be applied.) Usage of smog machine is upon request.
- No filming or keeping equipment outside of the studio space in the common areas such as the sidewalk, loading area etc.
- Leave space as you found it. We welcome all guests to use their imagination to alter the setup, but please put them back when you finish. (An additional $300 charge will be applied if furnitures are not put back to their original spot)
-Cleaning fee will be one hour of the actual booking rate.
- Your setup and clean-up have to be within your booking period. The starting time you've booked here might be landing exactly right after the other group's booking period as there is no way to put a buffer in between booking here. Please ASK to confirm.
-Overtime: Please note that overtime is billed at 1hr increments at 2.5x the hourly rate. No exceptions.
