IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?
Yes. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out.

COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, offsite meetings, and events. For individuals, we can offer trusted, affordable COI suppliers.

When you decide to work with us, the first thing we do is assign a dedicated concierge specialized in your booking rental type (events, meetings, productions, and showrooms) who will shoulder all the heavy lifting of translating your vision into reality. You dictate the vision, we bring you all the options and then put plans in place. Our inclusive concierge service will help with all the questions and anything that comes up.

We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops.
Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use.
Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Our original premier event space is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties, and elegant weddings. With over 10 years of experience we can provide a perfect venue for any event you can imagine, including fashion shows, product launches and celebrity chef demonstrations. Studio 1 boasts 14ft ceilings, two walls of windows (East and South facing) in a fully-renovated early 20th century building.
Our rentals are typically based on a 10 hour window (including set-up and breakdown) at a fixed day rate, depending on event type and size.

A 6 or 8 hour window may be available, depending on the type of rental, at an hourly rate: $450/hour for a minimum of 8 hours, or an adjusted rate for a 6 hour rental (available for specific events.)
Hourly rate may be higher for large-scale events.
There is an additional cleaning charge and trash fee for all events.
Access to the freight elevator before 7am or after 7pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour. Access to the freight elevator during the weekend is available at $150/hour.
Holds for bookings are offered on a first-come first-serve basis. Secondary holds are offered after the first hold has been filled. If a secondary hold would like to place a deposit, the first hold will be given a 24-hour window to book, after which the booking will be made available to the secondary hold.

In order to make sure that we are operating our studios in a safe and healthful manner for our returning clients in the wake of COVID-19 we are making a few necessary improvements and updates.
We are following the Key to NYC requirements for indoor entertainment spaces, meaning all guests aged 12 and older should be able to present proof that they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine upon entry to the studio. This applies to all events held in our spaces, including private and corporate events.
-Additionally, all staff at our studios have been vaccinated.
-PPE including hand sanitizer, masks, and gloves are made available to guests upon entry to our studios
- Additional hand washing stations have been installed in each studio.
- All bathroom sinks have been retrofit with contactless faucets.
- Increased wifi bandwidth will be available, up to 10 Gbps for remote videoconferencing needs for both events and productions.
- Daily intensive cleanings of both studios.
Music must be off at 11:30pm with guests exiting at midnight.

The Red Dog Studio is a charming 1,200 sq ft loft space in Soho. Inside you will find a complete kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials, an open floor plan room with optional furnishing and equipment for any shoot, meeting, or gathering you are planning.
The space is easily accessible from several subway lines. Including: J/Z, 6, W/N/Q/R, and B/D. with on-street and nearby paid parking
Our large north-facing windows include opaque and black-out shades for lighting adjustments.
Both the kitchen and holding rooms have smart TVs available, which makes our space ideal for castings, style-outs, and small private events as well.
We feature a brand-new digital capture/ workstation, as well as an iMac station with printing capabilities.

Hi, Emily here. We’re a woman-owned-and-operated production company in the Garment District. Come shoot at our 855 square foot loft studio located between the Port Authority and Penn Station. We have a 9-foot seamless paper wall mount, a wall with a whimsical mural and a rainbow seamless paper wall (plus a plain white wall). We have sheer white or beige linen curtains if you’d like to take advantage of our beautiful natural light (windows face west), or we have velvet green and blue curtains. Option for blackout curtains. The studio includes x4 c-stands, x6 sandbags, x1 v-flat, a set of apple boxes, and various clamps. The furniture in the first ten photos is included, as well as a variety of faux plants, vases, and other set decoration. There is a hair and makeup vanity and dressing room. All of these can be moved around to suit your needs.
See our list of add-ons. We have art/set add-ons like a bed frame and mattress with bedding, or tile backdrops for product photos/videos. We have production add-ons, like 4k Sony cine cameras, lights and sound gear. We have A/V add-ons like a projector and wireless Bluetooth speaker. We work with LVR Rentals across the street, so if you need any rentals beyond what we have in-house, we can rent it for you at a 20% discount. If you choose to rent LVR gear through us, we can load your in the day before your shoot.
We’re near almost every subway line. Our proximity to Penn and Port Authority makes it easy to come from New Jersey or Long Island. Stores like B&H, Target and H&M are within a 10 minute walk for last-minute production needs. Great options are nearby for food, and GrubHub will bring your order straight to the studio door. We personally recommend coffee, bagels and cream cheese from Liberty Bagels, so you can skip the block-long line at the storefront every morning!
There is a Google Home speaker in the studio connected to Spotify, as well as a mini-fridge. The freight elevator is open from 7am to 5pm - if you need it outside of these hours, please let me know so I can arrange access for you.
The space is NOT SOUNDPROOF. We roll sound for our own productions in this space and have not had any major issues in post production. We’re on the 15th floor and face the side of the building, not the street. We deal with your typical midtown honks, beeps, bangs, and shouts. We cannot make any guarantees about the sound quality on the day of your shoot.You are welcome to come by for a site visit during the time of day you plan to rent if you have concerns.
This studio does not have a private bathroom. A key is used to enter the men and women's bathrooms in the hall. These are shared by the other offices on the floor.
