Our freshly renovated studio, located in the heart of the Garment district, has wonderful natural light and stunning NYC views. Available for seminars, workshops, meetings, presentations, networking events, photo and video productions, also ideal for showrooms. We have 35+ comfortable chairs available plus couches and seating areas. Seating for up to 40 people in theater style set up, 25 people with chair and tables set up, networking event for up to 50 people. We can seat about a total of 40 people. We have (7) 6-feet and (3) 4-feet tables office tables. We can also remove furniture from the spaces if needed. We also offer up to 13 clothing racks we rent out to showrooms.

Located in the heart of Union square/ Flatiron this space boasts loads of natural light and a fabulous minimalist feel. Our clean, open studio is ideal for hosting lectures, workshops, photo shoots (lots of white walls), filming and various private events. Interested in taking your event outdoors? We’ve got you! In addition to our 2nd floor studio we also have a 400 sq ft roofdeck available for your use. Whatever the event, we are here to assist you. Let’s get creative! Please Note: There are two restrooms in both our mens and womens locker room. There are also two showers in each locker room. There is no elevator or handicap access available. We are located on the 2nd floor walk-up. Floors are covered with a black rubber with the expection of the locker rooms and deck. All equipment and furniture can be moved for your event. Starting at $38 an hour, Space 2-2 can be customized with requested furniture to fit your every need! Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Cre8ive can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible and elevator access), and has cold and sparkling water available. Suitable for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Fittings, Yoga/Fitness classes, Movement/Improv classes, and more!
