Our gallery space boasts the the highest level of professional lighting, ensuring that each piece of art receives the attention it deserves. The gallery is divided into two areas with a theatrical construction wall in the center that can easily be changed or removed, with manager's consent. There is a separate office / storage / changing room on the back wall. We have a few pedestals, tables and chairs for tenant's use - availability to be confirmed with tenant. - fine art exhibitions - video installations - photo shoots - meetings and conferences Located on Bartlett Street, amidst the eclectic mix of shops, cafes, and cultural landmarks that define the Mission neighborhood, our gallery space is well known by art lovers.

Please handle with care :) The office space is quite accessible via public transportation reach due to the fact that the nearest BART train station, either 24th St. station or 16th St. station. If you don't feel comfortable taking BART, you can find an Uber or Lyft anywhere across San Francisco as they typically will take 5 minutes or less to come to you. Feeling more adventurous? Valencia street is one of the most bike friendly place in the world with bike lanes (and bike stores) everywhere in the streets. In a prime location on Valencia street, you can explore the beautiful art and culture of the area with book stores, bike shops, local clothing brands, vinyl record shops, and multiple new age coffee shops. Hungry? The Mission district has a lot to offer from of the best salads (Souvla), cheesesteaks (Jay's Cheesesteak), pizza and baked goods (Arizmendi Bakery), cookies (Anthony's Cookies), ice cream (Smitten) and more. Located at Hayes Valley and Mission neighborhoods, the building is a registered historic site with a classic art deco façade showcasing scallops, scrolls, and floral motifs. Can sit up to 100 people, we also offer catering packages to fit your specific needs. Can offer bar service as well. You don't have to worry about cleaning, we'll take care of that!
