******* COVID-19 RESPONSE: We have created a no-contact set that will be pre-set and sanitized. for your single camera interview. All lights, tripod movement, camera operation and audio are controlled from the second floor of our building, allowing the subject to be isolated on the first floor. This means the subject can participate in a shoot without being in contact with another individual. Producers can be anywhere in the world and still talk face-to-face with their subject, utilizing either a direct-to-camera style or an off-camera style. All the producer needs is a laptop or computer with a webcam and a link we will provide. This allows for an intimate interview setting without ever occupying the same space, ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved. The subject will see the Producer throughout their entire interview, and vice versa. We have a TEMPERATURE SCREENING & TECHNOLOGY/HAND SANITIZING STATION set up at the front door of our studio. We also have disposable masks and gloves, disinfectant spray and wipes, and hand sanitizer readily available for our guests. Our store front can be used for a photoshoot or as a gallery, store, showcase, & for meetings a conference space. We have a grass wall. Swing chair - that can be removed All furniture is WHITE it can be taken out, or be used by clients direction. Our back room has 2 display cases for private showings.

Our facility features two unique locations - a 16,000 square foot outdoor space and a 5,000 square foot indoor space with a restaurant, bar and dance floor. The indoor space features a wooden dance floor surrounded by plants and natural light. It includes a world-class DJ booth, custom high-fidelity sound system, bespoke light rig and haze machine. The dance floor can be used as is or can easily accommodate a custom buildout. For large dinners and presentations, our long bench seats can sit up to 80 people on the dance floor and there are bleachers at one end of the room that can be used as staging. Adjacent to the dance floor is the bar and restaurant area, which features more plants, wooden banquette and bar seating and a full kitchen. Our 16,000 square foot park-like outdoor area, designed by Future Green Studios features a dance floor, picnic tables, a food truck, restrooms, trees and hammocks. Similar to a Biergarten, the space can also be compartmentalized to make small gatherings feel comfortable as well as semi-private rentals. Fire pits and yurts are also available in the winter time. For private events and weddings we offer drink & food packages, security and staffing. Please note that rental fees are dependent on which space is activated and the nature of the event / shoot. 

We’re a 2000sf, daylight-drenched photo and video rental studio located in Long Island City, New York. Perfect for small-to-medium productions from fashion look books and editorials to portraiture and some still life. We're a 20-25 min drive from Manhattan and Brooklyn locations. From the train, we are only about a 6-7 minute walk from the closest stop. The space is wide open so you can maximize it for your needs.

My studio is a 700 square foot space located in Long Island City, Queens. The studio offers a large wall of north facing windows that gets beautiful light at all times of the day. We are set up for all types of portraiture, fashion shoots, and any other creative projects. The space is air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi, and features an MUA staging area with large Hollywood vanity mirror, directors chairs, stools, and an open lounge area with leather couch, and tables for working. We have livened up the space with some plant elements, and the high ceilings create an incredible ambiance. Lighting and grip gear is included with every booking. A private boudoir / changing area with a vanity and two lighted mirrors. The crown jewel of this space is the photo studio that is fully equipped with 2 soft box lights, 2 umbrella lights, an LED panel, 10 ft adjustable backdrop frame, green screen, and lots of fabric backdrops to choose from.
