We also have a 1800 sq ft lower level perfect for back-of-house operations including hair/makeup, craft services and styling.

Our space features a raw warehouse space that includes 25ft ceilings throughout at least 1/2 of the space. We also have a second floor that is available if needed. The space is perfect if bringing props, vehicles, lighting, as well as stage building is needed.

This space is intimate private suite intentionally designed with a whimsical charm. The suite has been recently renovated and filled many amenities. Just minutes from JFK airport

Please note the pricing you see on Splacer is not final as it doesn't include our studio manager fee, cleaning fee, Splacer fees or our tiered pricing. We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out. WILL THERE BE AN ON-SITE REP? Yes. Each Corner giving a different energy and vibe compared to the next one. Created to feel like you stepped into another world as soon as you enter the studio! The Shooterz Corner is for all creators putting together a photo shoot, video shoot, short film, commercial, or event a small event such as girls day out, or sip and paint events!

Welcome to our beautiful film set and photo studio located in the heart of Woodside. This spacious space is perfect for all of your content needs and can accommodate all of your equipment and is the perfect backdrop for you decorate as you wish but also fully furnished as seen in the photos. Space includes: - Large and open living space with large window that gives amazing light - Clean bathroom with shower - small kitchenette -2 bedrooms - Large 80 inch tv for presentations - More furniture available upon request We can accommodate up to 10 guests we ask that no alcohol be consumed.

Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$200/hour (i.e. $450/hr (base) + $200/hr (film surcharge)) = $650/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $300 Cleaning Fee We require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your crew numbers to calculate your base rate. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify that all rules are followed. We have a 10 hour minimum for all locations. If you book for 6 hours, you will be charged for 10 hours. You must let us know if your schedule shifts for any circumstance. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Events and large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. This space includes convenient Office Space and a well-appointed Dressing Room, offering the ideal setting for your creative endeavors. We manage several locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens and have an extended amount of experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space. Please note, some rooms are upstairs. A certificate of insurance is required for all productions. Upon booking this location, it is required to sign a Location Agreement. No one will be permitted on set until this Agreement is signed. No nudity whatsoever. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator if they have any heavy EQ. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’.
