Our space features a raw warehouse space that includes 25ft ceilings throughout at least 1/2 of the space. We also have a second floor that is available if needed. The space is perfect if bringing props, vehicles, lighting, as well as stage building is needed.

Our store front can be used for a photoshoot or as a gallery, store, showcase, & for meetings a conference space. We have a grass wall. Swing chair - that can be removed All furniture is WHITE it can be taken out, or be used by clients direction. Our back room has 2 display cases for private showings.

My studio is a 700 square foot space located in Long Island City, Queens. The studio offers a large wall of north facing windows that gets beautiful light at all times of the day. We are set up for all types of portraiture, fashion shoots, and any other creative projects. The space is air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi, and features an MUA staging area with large Hollywood vanity mirror, directors chairs, stools, and an open lounge area with leather couch, and tables for working. We have livened up the space with some plant elements, and the high ceilings create an incredible ambiance. Lighting and grip gear is included with every booking. We are conveniently located off of Court Square and nearby Queensboro Plaza. 1.5 blocks from the E,G,M, & 7 trains, 3 blocks from the N/W, and 6 blocks from the R and F trains. We are just 5-10 minutes from Midtown Manhattan, 15 - 25 from Downtown, and a hop over the water from Brooklyn. Our spacious 2000 sq ft event space is separated into 4 rooms. 2 fully equipped music production rooms, a state of the art video suite and our gallery style lobby. Each room is uniquely designed to create a fresh ambiance and boasts many amenities including color changing LED lighting, top of the line audio systems and video screens in each room. The video suite is equipped with a massive video wall and moving intelligent lighting. Our space is perfect for hosting album and video releases, recording podcasts, shooting videos, photo shoots, art showcases, or private events.

My space has a gorgeous view overlooking the RFK bridge and the city. the nightlights are gorgeous and fireworks from my place is amazing.

A beautiful and imaginative industrial artists living loft. Beautiful light and atmosphere. Furniture and props easily moved. The garden is lovely to shoot or have a break in. Some For sound recording it is necessary to check the dates for activities in the neighborhood ( there is a pool club next door and there are often weddings in the courtyard below my space).

******* COVID-19 RESPONSE: We have created a no-contact set that will be pre-set and sanitized. for your single camera interview. All lights, tripod movement, camera operation and audio are controlled from the second floor of our building, allowing the subject to be isolated on the first floor. This means the subject can participate in a shoot without being in contact with another individual. Producers can be anywhere in the world and still talk face-to-face with their subject, utilizing either a direct-to-camera style or an off-camera style. All the producer needs is a laptop or computer with a webcam and a link we will provide. This allows for an intimate interview setting without ever occupying the same space, ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved. The subject will see the Producer throughout their entire interview, and vice versa. We have a TEMPERATURE SCREENING & TECHNOLOGY/HAND SANITIZING STATION set up at the front door of our studio. We also have disposable masks and gloves, disinfectant spray and wipes, and hand sanitizer readily available for our guests. There are infection control reminders posted throughout the space and the set and equipment will be sterilized before your arrival. ----------------------------- PERFECT For photography and video production, podcast recording, art installations, we host any one and anything! This open space transforms into a gorgeous production location/stage with contiguous office space and giant outdoor patio. There is also a rooftop with skyline views that can be used for shooting. One stop from Grand Central and East 53rd St. and incredibly easy to access by subway, car (Queensboro and Midtown Tunnel are a few blocks away) and even ferry. Additional space may be available depending on needs and project. Numerous videos and episodic TV have been shot here, including projects for the Travel Channel, truTV, and the Discovered music series for Sundance TV. The space is quiet but not soundproofed and on the second floor with no elevator.
