Cozy and comfortable space located minutes away from the heart of NYC. This clean studio has been used for film production, photography, as well as recording sound and music. The space has been treated for sound, and is equip with everything needed for music production and recording. Located blocks away from major highways, a major airport, and close to hotels and lodging. The price includes our sound engineer/ host, and the lounge includes wifi, TV, cable, air conditioning, and heat. Male and female bathrooms are available on the premises as well. We have everything you need to assist with your media production.

Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $150/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $300/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-7 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed. We have a 10 hour minimum, if you book for 6 hours you will be charged for 10 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. You cannot book this location for a few hours. Do not message to ask. This content creation location is unique and equipped with an untouched vintage personality. If your mood board is looking for anything close to vintage, this location will fulfill your visual needs. The location is full of props and sets the decor for a warm ambiance with that unique New York feel. The location can be used for photo and film productions of different sizes. This location, serving as a photo and film studio is located in Ridgewood, Brooklyn and close to Queens. This multi-unit location offers a variety of different spaces, all with a unique, vintage and raw feel that is hard to find in New York. The wallpaper and painting on the wall give this space character like nowhere else. Combined with the amount of natural light and the vintage decor. This location suitable for filming will help you realize your creative vision. The natural light, warm, and vibrant colors entering through the windows of this location perfectly balance each other out. This location might help you create your favorite shot of the visual project to come. We manage several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have an extended amount of experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. Please note, some rooms are upstairs. This is a great space for all crew sizes as the location is spacious and expansive. A certificate of insurance is required of all productions. Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’.

We feature 15 foot high privacy walls running the entire length of the space, a large variety of looks and backdrops, and amazing natural light providing great opportunities for 'golden hour' shooting. We also feature a catering area complete with a food and drink prep station, barbecue grill, foldable tables, and food prep supplies. *Grill access available for an additional charge* More intimate meet ups work perfectly in our space as there are multiple individual working areas. This is great for hosting workshops with break out sessions or having a wide variety of scenery when shooting photo or video. We are also able to fit up to 50 people quite comfortably in both a standing or seated layout. We are easily accessible, located in the heart of the artistic community in the Bushwick, Brooklyn/Ridgewood area . We are conveniently accessed by a quick 10 minute train ride from 14th Street Manhattan (we're half a block from the Halsey Street L train) and a short ride from Downtown Manhattan, Queens, and even the Bronx. Welcome to our dance studio, a perfect place for rehearsals, photoshoots, and more. Our studio features a long mirror and high ceilings, providing ample space for a variety of activities. The studio is bathed in natural light, but can also be completely darkened to suit your needs. A door leads directly to the street, offering easy access and convenience. We are happy to rent out the space for rehearsals, photoshoots, and as a rest area for production companies filming in our area who need additional space for makeup, hair, and catering. In addition to this, we are open to dance rehearsals, acting, singing, musicals, various performances, and even acrobatics and aerial performances, as equipment can be hung from the ceiling.
