The indoor/outdoor flow allows for utilization of either spaces separately or together with easy access to the restroom. It is great for entertaining/hosting in any season with the outdoor space especially beautiful and haven-like in warmer weather.

This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge. Please note no loud music/noise is allowed to respect our neighbor's space.

We offer several studio options ranging from 700 to 3200 sf – each with independent character – to fit any size shoot and budget. The price listed is use of the entire space. Committed to offering opportunities to both the veteran and up and coming photographers and video productions. If you are new to studio work, we’re happy to go over the equipment and some lighting concepts with you. We’re a pro studio without the big attitude – whatever your needs, we will go the extra mile to make your shoot exceptional.

My space has an urban casual look that is perfect for hosting any event from birthdays to any parties. Space is a full service restaurant. We can make any package for each individual event. We offer a private room for up to 30 guests and a semi private space for up to eighty guests.

Our outdoor venue brings creators and professionals together who are looking to work as a community to grow, expand, and share their passions. We occupy a spacious, open, and bright multi-purpose outdoor space. With a modern 'secret garden' feel and tons of natural lighting, we are fit to host gatherings, events and productions of many types and sizes. **This space is more suitable for intimate events such as dinners, baby showers, sip and paints, cocktail parties, etc. the space is also great for photo/video shoots, pop up shops, elopements, pop up weddings, an exhibition space, fashion showrooms, brand events, and all artistic events. We do not accommodate large and excessively loud events past 12AM.** Our venue is a 1200 sq. ft. loft space in the heart of Astoria NY. The space is located in a well known Astoria building and is equipped with a buzzer system that grants entry to guests. The space is full of natural light which enters through our huge beautiful windows. The space also offers a blank canvas with all white features such as white textured brick walls, white marble like flooring, 16 ft ceilings, and an open floor plan. We offers a ton of amenities which include clear chiavari chairs for 50 guests, 6 foot tables, 5 cocktail tables, 3 booth seats on the loft, premium sound system, portable bar, led lighting and recessed lights throughout. The space also offers a private bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms outside of the space. To access the space, there is a buzzer system and an elevator that goes to the street level and is wheel chair accessible.
