Please note the pricing you see on Splacer is not final as it doesn't include our studio manager fee, cleaning fee, Splacer fees or our tiered pricing. We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out. WILL THERE BE AN ON-SITE REP? Yes. Fees are dependent on the number of hours. DO I NEED A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE?  COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, offsite meetings, and events. This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge. Please note no loud music/noise is allowed to respect our neighbor's space.

**This space is more suitable for intimate events such as dinners, baby showers, sip and paints, cocktail parties, etc. the space is also great for photo/video shoots, pop up shops, elopements, pop up weddings, an exhibition space, fashion showrooms, brand events, and all artistic events. We do not accommodate large and excessively loud events past 12AM.** Our venue is a 1200 sq. ft. loft space in the heart of Astoria NY. The space is located in a well known Astoria building and is equipped with a buzzer system that grants entry to guests. The space is full of natural light which enters through our huge beautiful windows. The space also offers a blank canvas with all white features such as white textured brick walls, white marble like flooring, 16 ft ceilings, and an open floor plan. We offers a ton of amenities which include clear chiavari chairs for 50 guests, 6 foot tables, 5 cocktail tables, 3 booth seats on the loft, premium sound system, portable bar, led lighting and recessed lights throughout. The space also offers a private bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms outside of the space. To access the space, there is a buzzer system and an elevator that goes to the street level and is wheel chair accessible.

Our space is extremely functional and versatile. Our facility is located moments away from convenient transportation in the heart of Astoria and Long Island City. The facility features one large conference room, and is ideal for focus groups, corporate conferences or meetings. The room comfortably seats 18 people, and it includes high end audio visual equipment. Computer workstations may also be provided for trainings - however limited to 8 stations. The facility is on street level and is highly accessible. Ample street parking available. Events can range from workshops and classes to meetings and focus groups. Guests of the space will love its convenience to transportation and parking as well as the clean and artistic nature of the facility. Our staff are warm and receptive and scheduling is convenient

My space has a gorgeous view overlooking the RFK bridge and the city. the nightlights are gorgeous and fireworks from my place is amazing.

Spacious and bright daylight studio with great light and views from windows on 3 sides. White brick walls and hardwood floors give a light airy feel and different texture options. Large private bathroom, changing room/hmu area, full kitchen and lounge area adjacent to the main shoot/event space. The freight elevator opens directly into the space. Great for events, exhibits, performance, photo shoots, film/TV shoots, as well as a nice holding space for larger film/tv shoots. In addition to our private space with lounge, the building has a large and lovely communal lobby area and outdoor courtyard. The building is very film friendly and has other spaces available, please inquire if you need additional locations and I can facilitate booking those in conjunction with our studio.
