Our space features a raw warehouse space that includes 25ft ceilings throughout at least 1/2 of the space. We also have a second floor that is available if needed. The space is perfect if bringing props, vehicles, lighting, as well as stage building is needed.

Located in the heart of Queens our bright and modern studio offers plenty of room for accommodating approximately 15 people. With an open floor plan and high ceilings, there is plenty of space for photographers and subjects to collaborate, create and enjoy themselves. Our studio meeting space is a bright and welcoming environment, perfect for brainstorming sessions, team meetings, presentations and livestreams. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a flat screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, our space allows for seamless collaboration and productivity. The comfortable seating and lighting makes it easy to focus and be at your best. Plus with a neighborhood deli that caters you'll have everything you need to make your meeting a success.

Spanning over 2,500 square feet, this spacious sanctuary serves multi-use purpose. It has an upright piano, singing bowls, gong, and a collection of guitars. Perfect for wellness activities, photoshoot, films, special event, bday celebrations, and creative workshops. Full kitchen, shower and 2 bathrooms. Roof patio access.

Welcome to our studio. This building was made in 1938. There is a lot of the old design along with new to enhance the personality of the space. The studio was created by an artist knowing the comfort needed to host a proper event. We hope you enjoy the magic in the space to reflect your beautiful moment you are celebrating.

Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $150/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $300/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-7 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed. We have a 10 hour minimum, if you book for 6 hours you will be charged for 10 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. You cannot book this location for a few hours. Do not message to ask. This content creation location is unique and equipped with an untouched vintage personality. If your mood board is looking for anything close to vintage, this location will fulfill your visual needs. The location is full of props and sets the decor for a warm ambiance with that unique New York feel. The location can be used for photo and film productions of different sizes. This location, serving as a photo and film studio is located in Ridgewood, Brooklyn and close to Queens. This multi-unit location offers a variety of different spaces, all with a unique, vintage and raw feel that is hard to find in New York. The wallpaper and painting on the wall give this space character like nowhere else. Combined with the amount of natural light and the vintage decor. This location suitable for filming will help you realize your creative vision. The natural light, warm, and vibrant colors entering through the windows of this location perfectly balance each other out. This location might help you create your favorite shot of the visual project to come. We manage several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have an extended amount of experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. Please note, some rooms are upstairs. This is a great space for all crew sizes as the location is spacious and expansive. A certificate of insurance is required of all productions. Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’.

The space is primarily used as a storefront for a clothing brand but can also be converted into an event space. The space comes with two wall shelves drilled into the wall, so they cannot be moved. A bar counter top. And there is a single person restroom with art/graffiti on the walls that cannot be removed. Consider this a trendy raw space for your next event, pop-up shop, or gathering.
