This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge. Please note no loud music/noise is allowed to respect our neighbor's space.

You'll love our space because of the ease and flow of the layout and the private entrance. The indoor/outdoor flow allows for utilization of either spaces separately or together with easy access to the restroom. It is great for entertaining/hosting in any season with the outdoor space especially beautiful and haven-like in warmer weather.

Vape Bar & Lounge. Only one in New York. Has a Spartan theme with an industrial atmosphere. We accommodate all types of parties to include: — Special Occasions — Holiday Parties — Movie Settings — Music Videos — Private Events — Photography/Photo Shoots — Etc... We supply alcohol such as Beer, Wine, Liquor, cocktails and shots. Options for each person include “Pay as you go” or “$25 all you can drink” which includes everything listed above for the duration of your event. Food can be accommodated per the "add-ons" section, however, outside food is permitted such as catering, deliveries, etc.. We house 4 32” TV screens and 2 58” TV screens. We can play all types of media of your choice to include streaming from your phone if you prefer. In addition to the above mentions, you will have access to loudspeakers for audio. We offer several studio options ranging from 700 to 3200 sf – each with independent character – to fit any size shoot and budget. The price listed is use of the entire space. Committed to offering opportunities to both the veteran and up and coming photographers and video productions. If you are new to studio work, we’re happy to go over the equipment and some lighting concepts with you. We’re a pro studio without the big attitude – whatever your needs, we will go the extra mile to make your shoot exceptional.

Please note the pricing you see on Splacer is not final as it doesn't include our studio manager fee, cleaning fee, Splacer fees or our tiered pricing. We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. **This space is more suitable for intimate events such as dinners, baby showers, sip and paints, cocktail parties, etc. the space is also great for photo/video shoots, pop up shops, elopements, pop up weddings, an exhibition space, fashion showrooms, brand events, and all artistic events. We do not accommodate large and excessively loud events past 12AM.** Our venue is a 1200 sq. ft. loft space in the heart of Astoria NY. The space is located in a well known Astoria building and is equipped with a buzzer system that grants entry to guests. The space is full of natural light which enters through our huge beautiful windows. The space also offers a blank canvas with all white features such as white textured brick walls, white marble like flooring, 16 ft ceilings, and an open floor plan. We offers a ton of amenities which include clear chiavari chairs for 50 guests, 6 foot tables, 5 cocktail tables, 3 booth seats on the loft, premium sound system, portable bar, led lighting and recessed lights throughout. The space also offers a private bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms outside of the space. To access the space, there is a buzzer system and an elevator that goes to the street level and is wheel chair accessible.

Our facility features two unique locations - a 16,000 square foot outdoor space and a 5,000 square foot indoor space with a restaurant, bar and dance floor. The indoor space features a wooden dance floor surrounded by plants and natural light. It includes a world-class DJ booth, custom high-fidelity sound system, bespoke light rig and haze machine. The dance floor can be used as is or can easily accommodate a custom buildout. For large dinners and presentations, our long bench seats can sit up to 80 people on the dance floor and there are bleachers at one end of the room that can be used as staging. Adjacent to the dance floor is the bar and restaurant area, which features more plants, wooden banquette and bar seating and a full kitchen. Our 16,000 square foot park-like outdoor area, designed by Future Green Studios features a dance floor, picnic tables, a food truck, restrooms, trees and hammocks. Similar to a Biergarten, the space can also be compartmentalized to make small gatherings feel comfortable as well as semi-private rentals. Fire pits and yurts are also available in the winter time. For private events and weddings we offer drink & food packages, security and staffing. Please note that rental fees are dependent on which space is activated and the nature of the event / shoot.
