This space is simply stunning. It’s a modern, comfortable and architecturally significant venue perfect for anything from strategic off-sites to personal growth retreats. The “inside out” Frank Lloyd Wright influenced Eichler architecture inspires both creativity and contemplation.
The open plan kitchen with counter seating is perfect for caterers and for cooking demonstrations. Caterers and private chefs love it for making and displaying their menus. A rustic, repurposed barn plank table seats 12 comfortably. There are two living room areas plus a large office and an interior atrium that work beautifully as breakout rooms as well. There is also a lovely table with umbrella for 8 in the garden for meeting outside or dining alfresco.
The space is fully equipped for electronic presentations and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Beautiful indoor and outdoor gardens create even more natural gathering spots with outdoor seating, soothing fountains and a new, three-hole putting green with an area for putting contests and (whiffle ball) chipping challenges.

The space can convert from raked theatrical seating to a ballroom in a manner of minutes. The spacious foyer is also available for pre- and post-event functions. Unique industrial space perfect for film and photo shoots in the heart of the San Francisco Peninsula – San Carlos. Located halfway between San Francisco and San Jose, our film and photography studio is perfect for all types of artistic projects or events. Our space is great for photoshoots, interviews, product shoots, and much more.
Our space is located in a 7,800 sq. ft space. Our space consist of 4,000 sq. ft of office space with multiple offices, editing suites, common/waiting area and themed rooms. Our studio includes a 32′ x 30′ cyclorama wall with a power grid of 16 x 30 amp edison outlets and a 3 phase 100 amp breaker with cam lock. 24'x16' green screen with lighting grid, make-up/dressing area and kitchenette. Additionally, we provide a fully loaded 3 ton grip truck and a 1 ton sprinter van with numerous lighting packages available varying from Kino-Flo, Mole-Richardson, ETC and Arri lighting. With a convenient garage door connected to the studio, you can easily drive set pieces, grip trucks, or anything you’d like right into the studio.

We are located minutes away from major freeways (880/680) and 5-10 minute drive from BART. Any food/store you may need is also only a 5-10 minute drive.

This space doubles as our office and studio and we are excited to share it with the creative community in the South Bay. Our studio is perfect for product shoots, small fashion shoots, creative projects, and small meetings/events.
We are in walking distance to downtown Campbell which has lots of restaurants and coffee shops.
We allow renters to use our prop collection which includes several backgrounds, fabric, plates, cups, plants, wooden boxes, and much more. Our collection of 53” seamless is available for an additional $35 fee. We also have a hair/makeup station stocked with hygiene items for touch-ups. Props and backgrounds/colors are subject to change so please contact us ahead of booking if you need something specific.
On the studio side, there is 550sf of space with 8.5’ ceilings. There is an additional 500sf of space on the office side that may be rented for an additional fee depending on availability.
Our studio is easily accessible by car and we offer one parking spot in the covered parking area. If you have more than one car, we ask that you utilize the free street parking, or the Second Street Parking Garage which offers free 10 hour parking and is a 6 minute walk away. There are also several bus stops close by, and we are just a 10 minute walk from the downtown Campbell light rail station.
**Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate.
Please return the studio to the exact condition you found it in. If the studio is not clean after use and if props are not returned there will be an additional $100 fee.
If your project requires more than 5 people present in the studio at the same time there will be +$10/hour surcharge for every extra person. Please, try staggering call times so that the space doesn't get overcrowded.
Rentals include the equipment listed below, you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer as long as you protect the gear that is here.
