Established in 1989, Our open plan loft boasts a sunny southern wall of windows beneath 12ft ceilings where a vast, carefully curated collection of oddities both diverse & prodigious begs the eye to wander. From the walls of antique tools & implements, to hand-crafted vintage furniture, decorative and fine art objects, and taxidermy, it's a collection of collections and an experience not to be missed. Natural light shines on a garden platform with a wicker sofa, wood statuary and a jungle of plants.  The spacious living room area features a long red velvet couch under our iconic tool display, a throne, a fainting couch as well as a large low coffee table. The back section of the loft has a wall of mirrors, a glass cabinet wall showcasing shelves full of oddities, a collection of antique cash registers and candelabras, and a ceiling & wall of beautiful reclaimed tin. The lavatory features a river stone floor, an antique claw foot tub with copper shower enclosure as well as an apothecary collection from the the early nineteen hundreds. In the Conservatory, which is just off the main room through tall double doors, a working 1913 Chickering stand-up piano sits beneath a gallery of historic and contemporary works of art including a collection of nineteenth century family portraits watching over our library of select books. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a wall display of vintage kitchen implements, a refrigerator collaged with 1940s envelopes, and several glass cabinets of various eras.

We're a Brooklyn warehouse gym, with ropes, tires, pull-up bars, atlas stones... that kind of thing. We also just so happen to have a big space in a neighborhood that doesn't have very many big spaces. Our newly renovated townhouse loft boasts 22 foot ceilings, modern/contemporary finishes, and trendy designer furniture throughout. Completely renovated in 2021, the space includes new wide-panel hardwood floors, new bathroom finishes, quartzite kitchen counters, contemporary accent walls, and more. Large windows and high ceilings accentuate an already-spacious home. At any time during the day, natural light floods all of the rooms, especially the 22-foot-ceilinged living room! Among the most striking elements are the moulding panels and LED lights in the living room, the wallpaper accent walls in the stairwell and bedrooms, and the tree-lined upper deck. The bright open-concept kitchen is a work of art for the chef, styled with stunning gray quartzite, pendant lamps, and high-end appliances. Also very distinctive is the master bathroom, complete with a smart toilet, steam shower, double sink, and LED-lit mirror. The bedroom floor features sound-proofed windows, which block up to 90% of the sounds from the already-quiet street. A 10-minute walk from the L, J, Z, and M trains, as well as countless excellent restaurants and shops on Bedford Avenue, this is both a beautiful and convenient location. Free street parking is available outside and on surrounding blocks, and paid parking lots are a 12 minute walk away.

This is a personal space of business and intimate gathering. We know that real estate is hard to come by and beautiful spaces are a fortune to rent out. As people who work in the wellness arena, we noticed that wellness practitioners are always in need of a beautiful space to showcase their work, see clients, host gatherings and more. We wanted to create an intimate space where clients would feel at ease. We host a lot of events for women and it's a warm and cozy space for photo-shoots, lectures, wellness and spiritually oriented events. We are fully equipped for yoga and have mats and yoga props on site. Our sanctuary is soundproof and great for filming yoga videos, podcasts and hosting workshops. This location is versatile and perfect for retail pop-ups, classes, baby showers, blessing ways, and book signings. We also have a charming backyard accessible to guests that is a perfect addition to this gorgeous newly renovated 2 room space where you can host a dining experience or cocktails outside. We are all about supporting women in business and and personal development and want the space to be a hub for not only our endeavors but those of aligned event organizers. We do offer production services for intimate events held within the space and have a preferred vendor list. We look forward to hosting you!
