Established in 1989, Our open plan loft boasts a sunny southern wall of windows beneath 12ft ceilings where a vast, carefully curated collection of oddities both diverse & prodigious begs the eye to wander. From the walls of antique tools & implements, to hand-crafted vintage furniture, decorative and fine art objects, and taxidermy, it's a collection of collections and an experience not to be missed. Natural light shines on a garden platform with a wicker sofa, wood statuary and a jungle of plants. The spacious living room area features a long red velvet couch under our iconic tool display, a throne, a fainting couch as well as a large low coffee table. The back section of the loft has a wall of mirrors, a glass cabinet wall showcasing shelves full of oddities, a collection of antique cash registers and candelabras, and a ceiling & wall of beautiful reclaimed tin. The lavatory features a river stone floor, an antique claw foot tub with copper shower enclosure as well as an apothecary collection from the the early nineteen hundreds. In the Conservatory, which is just off the main room through tall double doors, a working 1913 Chickering stand-up piano sits beneath a gallery of historic and contemporary works of art including a collection of nineteenth century family portraits watching over our library of select books. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a wall display of vintage kitchen implements, a refrigerator collaged with 1940s envelopes, and several glass cabinets of various eras.

DAYLIGHT
This studio has NO windows! ...But the photo shows a large windowed balcony?! It's a light box built into the wall for photo shoots. It looks and feels like sunlight streaming through the doors when it's on, but it's an illusion. Regardless of the actual time of day, the light in the room is controllable, from bright daylight to a subdued evening glow.
RECORDING SOUND?
It's a new space, and so far has been quiet enough for recording clean audio. That said, we are not a sound stage and can't guarantee that there won't be occasional sounds from the hallway, or a random car horn.
GIANT FABRIC HEART
Due to its fragile nature, this prop may only be handled for an additional fee of $35/day.

My space is best for a midday photoshoot and for production storage. I have an entire extra room for office/ storage that is used while shooting in the family room.
The purpose of this space is mainly for photoshoot in bedroom and kitchen/living room, along with production team (event and photo) storage in the extra bedroom.
My home is located in the heart of Williamsburg. Well known neighborhood for it being a hot location for movie rental equipment and for shoots. My Penthouse is unique, artistic and has one of the best City views in the area. I have a beautiful cozy and professional kitchen and my shared spaces are very warm and full of light and character. I have access to a large private rooftop with amazing views.

The space is primarily a comedy club that has 2 rooms. One we use for the show room (set up with a stage, 60 chairs, and audio mixing equipment) and the front space is where we hang. We call the nostalgic vibe "grandma's basement" - cozy, lots of seating, bright colors. The beauty of both rooms is that we can help them be whatever you want. We are a barebones operations (that is rich with furniture) so you have a lot of room to make it your own. Let us know what you're thinking, and we'll come up with the best way possible to make it happen!
Very specious loft with tons of character and decorated with love. Situated in one of the best neighborhoods of NY, the space offers a big living area, an eating room that sits 10 people and an open kitchen. Other features: Marble and wooden floors, high ceilings, aquarium and large vinyl collection. You are sharing the space with an active couple that's mostly out and about. We always have recommendations of what to do. Two subway stops in walking distance (Bedford L, Marcy J-M-Z), plus Ferry.
A true New York experience and a place you definitely looking forward to come home to after a long day in the city. There are not many places left like this in the area. Lots of space and light, cause of the 12 windows in the apartment. With the marble mosaic floor, the beams and the green outside the window, you sometimes don't feel like being in the city. The building is a beautiful old brick stone warehouse in a beautiful little street next to the waterfront.
Our bright film/photo studio has large south-facing windows that let light pour in. Close the roller shades to black the space out and have full control of your lighting. We have speedrail above to hang lights and plenty of space for your crew to spread out. Just down the hall edit bays and client holding are available upon spacial request.
