A Posh Event Space located just 5 minutes from the Barclay's Center in Brooklyn. The venue is 6000 sq. ft with 30' ceiling and draped in all White Velour Curtains with HighEnd Downlighting to change the room to any color. We host an array of events, such as Corporate Events, Birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Weddings, Holy Communions, Fundraisers/Galas, Holiday Events, Sweet 16's, Fashion Shows, Workshops, Meetings, Live Performances and Film Productions.

The venue is a full scale lounge restaurant, with seating for more than 80 people and a full kitchen and bar. The venue has a very upscale, Victorian-era design, with tufted leather sofas, Persian rugs, elegant chandeliers, zinc-topped tables, and vintage audio inspired decor.

This is a one-of-a-kind event space in Manhattan. The venue in its entirety totals 6,300 square feet and evolves into an elegant and highly-customizable event space with private access for even the most exclusive gathering. We hold a 300-standing/180-seated capacity and offers massive windows for gorgeous natural lighting, bleacher seating, surround-sound audio, LCD screens, and an open modern kitchen built for an unforgettable event experience.

Big windows and lots of natural light as well as high ceilings help to add an open atmosphere makes for a non-traditional social or conference rental. The space is designed for a flexible event format, perfect for presentations into networking into breakout sessions. If you’re planning on offering catering and bar, we work exclusively with the best in the city and we have the wonderful trained staff, too. There is no outside catering/bar allowed. A big advantage of this space is undoubtedly its location. The venue is very well connected with subway stops only meters away (line 4 and 6). An AV tech is required to run the logistics at $75 hourly (3 hour min). Various extras are available to be booked in addition. An on-site manager at $50 hourly and a door greeter at $30 are required for all events.
