The space is a unique urban greenery location, originally set up as an art gallery, but can be utilized for any event! With clean white walls and minimalist design, the space can be transformed from art gallery, to wedding, to corporate event or product launch. We have a stylish built in bar, x2 offices for breakout, x2 rooms to get ready (bride or groom etc) x6 restrooms (coming soon! but we currently have x2) Two main floor spaces, large load in and storage area, grand front entrance foyer and beautiful outdoor easement with state of the art lighting and astro turf (outdoor area is 2,200sqft in size alone) There are 40 on street parking spaces out the front, but a number of options available if valet is required. We work with a great rentals company for any AV, staging, lighting, sound, tables and chairs. We have lounge furniture located onsite that is able to be utilized. The location is central to the Downtown LA arts district and located across the street from two great well renowned breweries and a number of coffee stores.
