Our space boasts 10 one-of-a-kind standing sets, all completely interchangeable and customizable to suit your creative needs. From the elegant all-white luxe set to the posh pink side chairs, the bohemian-inspired setting to the two distinct office/desk areas, an affirmation makeup space, and even a conference room - we've got you covered. We take care of your every need with complimentary coffee, tea, water, and other beverages available at every rental, plus our friendly on-site concierge is always available to assist you. So, let your creativity flow and bring your wildest ideas to life at the Luxury Creative Space! What we have available: - 10 unique interchangeable sets - On-site concierge - Meeting space/Conference Room - Podcasting Space & Production - Event Space - Ample On-Site Parking - Sound System - Whiteboard - Monitor - Projector/Screen

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We adhere to the guidelines presented by the CDC and governmental authorities. Clean and sanitize: We Regularly clean and sanitize all surfaces, including door handles, light switches, cameras, props, and any other items that people might touch. Use disinfectants approved by health authorities. Studio is cleaned and sanitized between each booking. Provide hand sanitizer: We also make hand sanitizer readily available for clients and staff to use frequently. Sanitation stations and wipes are available throught the studio.
