The Space

Our studios are diverse and this offer a range of flexibility in terms of size, resources and budget. The 'Broadway' studio features dual shooting spaces ideal for photography, video, and other larger creative projects. Includes private restroom and kitchen area. Access to our rooftop with unrivaled city backdrops on on of the most unique rooftop locations in the world, by request. Located in the Financial District, Fulton Street Studio provides you the perfect space for your shoot, casting, or creative project. Spaces ranging up to 1700 sq. ft. ---- More about the studios and neighborhood: Photo and video production studio is available with in-house EQ, freight entrance and 24hr access. Located in Downtown Manhattan at the easily accessible Fulton Station with a view looking right up 1 World Trade from our front door. Ideal for casting, photo shoots and small crew video to help your productions get rolling begin creating as efficiently as possible. Satellite Studios We have 4 satellite studios in the building that can be used to socially distance your production or other creative uses as you see fit. Rooftop Access Unrivaled city backdrops on on of the most unique rooftop locations in the world. Satellite Terrace Penthouse Satellite Terrace with outdoor canopy, beautiful potted plants and an intimate view of One World Trade. Neighborhood/Locations The studio is located on the edge of Tribeca and FiDi’s diverse scenery, including South Street Seaport, Bustling Broadway and other main roads as well as charming side streets, pre and post-war building backdrops as well as the East River and Brooklyn Bridge.

COVID-19 SAFE SHOOTING POLICY - FULTON STREET STUDIO Effective June 22, 2020 During the time of social distancing many companies still need visual assets to support the brand and business to market during a time of crisis--We are here to help. Custom visual content is a necessity for any business to gain new customer leads and keep existing customers engaged. Fulton Street Studio has developed a way to create content in studio and on location in a safe way. It is possible to capture content while still abiding by the health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations of New York state law in the time of COVID-19. Here’s how: Starting on June 22, 2020 - New York City regulations have been eased for Phase 2 businesses to re-open. SOLO TRANSPORTATION All crew members must use separate transportation to and from the set — unless they are already in quarantine together. FOLLOW the COVID-19 ON SET GUIDE Stay 6 feet apart at all times. Always wear a mask on and off set, unless you are the model being shot and the camera is rolling. Wash your hands frequently. Hand sanitizer will be provided. DISTANCE: NO VISITORS: Absolutely no personnel is permitted on set, the production office, any stages, or location that does not need to be there. Only essential cast and crew will be allowed on the premises. Do not take public transportation or shared rides to or from set. Avoid any unnecessary physical contact and touching your face. Increase physical space between cast and crew members. No crew member should be near cast, unless they are part of the Hair, Make Up, Sound, or Wardrobe Departments. All should be masked and gloved when near talent. No shaking hands, hugging, or bumping elbows. There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person. Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet). Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes or talks. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.Some recent studies have suggested that COVID-19 may be spread by people who are not showing symptoms. SANITATION: Hand sanitizer will be available in studio and in location kits. Talent, cast, clients and crew should also be required to frequently wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Disposable, disinfecting wipes will be provided so that commonly used surfaces can be wiped down before and after each use. Gloves, and respiratory protection (e.g. masks) will be provided for cast/crew to wear, when not on camera. Meals should be individually packaged for Catering and/or Craft Service. A professional cleaning service will be engaged to clean the studio before each use. Sets, props, wardrobe, workstations, and other commonly touched items should be disinfected frequently. ENFORCEMENT: If you’re feeling sick with fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, or showing signs of any other COVID-19 related symptoms, stay home and immediately inform your agent, producer or other supervisor. No admittance allowed for anyone experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness, including fever or cough. Conduct health/body temperature checks of cast/crew and anyone entering set, office, etc. Digital Capture stations and Video village are for crew only, all 6 feet apart. It should be cordoned off from any non-essential personnel. Do not visit the tech station or video village if you are non-essential and do not use personal devices to record or take photos of or around this area to keep awareness high. In-house Equipment: We offer a range of in-house equipment suitable for almost any stills production and some motion content production. See EQ document for general list of equipment. We also offer a dedicated range of grip supplies. Keeping rentals in house allows you to reduce the risk of contamination that outside vendors may bring. If your production absolutely requires specific items that we don’t already carry in house we can source those items for you 24 hours before your shoot and will sterilize them for use. CHANGE: We all need to continue to focus on what is the current necessity for cast/crew safety & comfort, rather than any former customs/practices as we enter into a new era in film and stills production in which flexibility and compassion should be in the forefront of our efforts in this together.
