Event Rental Rates are for Events between 11am and 12am. Any event passed 12am can only be extended to 3am for an additional $25 per hour added on to the regular hour rate. Every Event Comes with a $175 Garbage Removal Fee and a Refundable $175 Cleaning Deposit (Returned at the end of the event after inspection by on-site manager that place was left in the same condition it was received
