The Space

Cyclorama that is 19 feet wide, 16 feet high, and 22 feet deep. 12-foot-high southern exposure windows (with full blackout capability). 100 Amp 5-Wire 3-Phase Electric SHOOTS: Stills $1500 day. Video $2500 day + electric. Day/10 hours. Mezzanine, makeup/hairstyling areas, and kitchen all come together to create an open and connected shooting space. Equipment rental. Freight Elevator. Roof Access (additional fee). Two Makeup Stations. Open Kitchen Area. Bathroom & Shower. GREENSCREEN cyc painting available (additional fee) MEETINGS: $600/hr package pricing, minimum 10hr. Airy and versatile, this fully private space is an inviting place to meet. We provide and set-up seating and tables for up to 50 persons. Additional chairs are $9. Rental Includes: Studio Manager. 228" x 168" HD Digital Projector. Secure High-Speed Wi-fi. All day beverages for 50 people. Open Kitchen Area. Outside catering welcome. EVENTS: $675/hr, minimum 5hr. Booking must include min 2-hr for setup and cleanup. Great space for: corporate events, fashion presentations, social gatherings, wedding receptions, film screenings, fundraising. CAPACITY: 150 for a standing cocktail event, 75 in theater style seating, 70 runway style, 55 round table style, 34 classroom style, or 28 in horseshoe style seating. MORE ABOUT THIS LOCATION Historic landmark building built in 1868 in Union Square, the loft was renovated to it’s present design in 1999. This space also functions as a top photography studio. Union Square is a vibrant neighborhood centrally located in NYC. The Green Market, retail shops, dining venues, and public transportation are all nearby.
