Our space is a multi-use 10,000 sq ft creative studio space ideal for photography, film, commercials, production and events located in the Arts District downtown Los Angeles.

Cleaning: To prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests, we have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures in our space. These procedures consist of the following measures: Our dedicated staff strictly adheres to the cleaning and hygiene guidelines recommended by the CDC. We diligently clean our space and all shared surfaces before and after each booking using disinfectant products. We employ effective detergents to eliminate dirt, grease, dust, and germs from surfaces, followed by a thorough application of disinfectant spray. Hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes are readily available for our guests' use. Essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, tissues, a trash can with a foot pedal, and a paper toilet seat cover dispenser are provided. Prior to cleaning, we ensure proper ventilation of the space, especially if it was recently occupied. Our space undergoes disinfection using a certified disinfectant service, provided by (please insert your provider). Hygiene: To maintain a high level of hygiene during your stay, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and correctly. Cover your mouth and nose with your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and regularly use hand sanitizer. Dispose of tissues immediately and wash your hands or use sanitizer after each use. If You Are Sick: In the interest of everyone's well-being, we kindly ask guests who exhibit even mild flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, or cold, to remain at home. Please inform us if you or any of your team members or guests have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and have utilized our space or facilities within the past 30 days. Social Distancing: We strongly encourage our guests to maintain social distancing protocols while using our space. To ensure a safe environment, we do not accept bookings for large gatherings or events with a high number of participants.
