I am a french woman, living in CT... I restored an Old factory loft and converted in an 1850 old Parisian salon, private diners... Filled with light, candles by night..We built in an open commercial kitchen. This loft is a blank canvas where we can rearrange furniture depending to the need of the event.

This loft is located in a marvelous brick factory in the heart of Litchfield County. 2800 sqft of beautiful space, entirely renovated and restored.. !4 feet high ceiling..!8 huge workshop windows...Gorgeous original Maple flooring. We built an open commercial kitchen, keeping the 1850 feeling. Sophisticated, intimate..Yet still have the industrial feel....fantastic parking lot ...
