Hi there, I am an artist living and working in New York. I was offered a beautiful space to help manage. The House is a huge victorian home located in Prospect Park South, built in 1910, and is perfect for film productions.

The Space

Situated in Prospect Park South, Brooklyn, sits a half-empty, melancholic, Victorian home inspired by colonial architecture, and is part of the Ditmas Park Historic District. Three of the bathrooms have been updated with marble floors. There are plenty of bedrooms with painted walls beds and linens, while still maintaining the character of the space throughout.
