The Spanish houses built in the 1920’s have a very popular look for all types of productions. This particular house is the home of a psychologist and the front and back yards are full of flowers, succulents and privacy! The relatively open floor plan gives you plenty of flexibility to set up different scenes and there is a deck on the second floor that gives you a beautiful overhead shot.
