My wife and I are a retired professional couple who own a beautiful 5000 sq ft home that we wish to rent out for events, film shoots and meetings in order to supplement our income.

The Space

This beautifully furnished home straddles the exciting Allentown district and Elmwood Village. The unit boasts 10 1/2 ft ceilings, 7 fireplaces, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 2 home offices (one with a wet bar), and an exercise room. Your chef's kitchen is outfitted with a 6-burner Wolf range/oven, quartz countertops, and a built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator, with direct access to the living room and a large rear deck that is perfect for entertaining. Our clients love the hardwood floors, beautiful moldings, built-in bookcases, large stained glass windows, exquisite chandeliers, the lovely landscaped front yard, and the large fully fenced, and beautifully landscaped back yard which is overlooked by a 2nd-floor balcony.

The $125 hourly rate is for 1-9 people. For 10 -19 people there is an additional hourly charge of $100 for a total hourly charge of $225 per hour. For 20-29 people there is an additional charge of $75 per hour for a total hourly charge of $300 per hour. There is also a mandatory $100 daily cleaning charge. In addition, any items that get moved must be returned to their original place and any damages will be charged for accordingly.
