1920s Hollywood Bungalow

The Rosewood is a charming 1,000 square foot 1920s Hollywood bungalow that used to house visiting movie stars for Paramount Studios in the Golden Age of Hollywood. While it retains many of its original period features, it is fully refurbished and modernized with luxury fittings and finishing throughout. There is a large open-plan living and dining area that gets ample light throughout the day, as well as 2 bedrooms with connecting doors and closets for those hard to get shots from any angle. The Master Bedroom (The Hollywood Room) is decorated in a luxurious 'Golden Age of Hollywood' style and equipped with a queen-sized bed with pillow top mattress, vanity desk, full-size mirror and closet. The second bedroom (The Hepburn Room) is decorated in the style of 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' with another queen-sized bed and closet. There is 1 bathroom with a shower tub and a large back garden with a dining area, BBQ, succulents, fruit trees and palm trees. A large storage shed in the garden can be used for video village or storing equipment over night.
