The Space

The Rosewood is a charming 1,000 square foot 1920s Hollywood bungalow that used to house visiting movie stars for Paramount Studios in the Golden Age of Hollywood. While it retains many of its original period features, it is fully refurbished and modernized with luxury fittings and finishing throughout. There is a large open-plan living and dining area that gets ample light throughout the day, as well as 2 bedrooms with connecting doors and closets for those hard to get shots from any angle. The Master Bedroom (The Hollywood Room) is decorated in a luxurious 'Golden Age of Hollywood' style and equipped with a queen-sized bed with pillow top mattress, vanity desk, full-size mirror and closet. The second bedroom (The Hepburn Room) is decorated in the style of 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' with another queen-sized bed and closet. There is 1 bathroom with a shower tub and a large back garden with a dining area, BBQ, succulents, fruit trees and palm trees. A large storage shed in the garden can be used for video village or storing equipment over night. Amenities include air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, HD TV with cable, Netflix & Hulu and private parking. There is a private gated drive way that fits up to 3 cars.

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. This home is professionally deep-cleaned and disinfected between every guest, according to recommendations by the World Health Organization (WHO).

You may have your own cleaning crew, please do let us know if you'd like for us to put you in contact with ours. Full day rates available based on a 12hr day. must start after 7am and end by 10pm Home must be returned cleaned Overnight storage and shed use avaibale at separate cost.
