Announcing the opening of New York's first Full Service Recording Studio; offering Recording, Rehearsing, Event Production, and Lodging! Designed to elevate the senses, our modular space is built to flexibly suit any event concept or recording environment. With preserved 1930's architecture, mixing modern and classical, we have a duplex of creative space; Analog and Digital recording set up, classic vintage instruments and gear, a private bamboo backyard, and a network of top NYC musicians and artisans built over a decade of working in the creative arts. If you've got a project, this is the place to bring it to life! This is a unique one-stop-shop for artists visiting NYC, or for residents who want an immersive experience. I believe the environment surrounding the performer is as integral to the recording process as anything else - you're more likely to capture a great take in an environment that elevates your senses! Our holistic approach to creating and recording music combines means plenty of cultivated spaces to work. Combining modern and classic gear, we have a great collection of rare and vintage instruments at hand, brand new iMac and Apogee Symphony 16x16 Analog I/O with thunderbridge for the best conversion, patchbay hookup for visiting engineers to plug personal gear into, plus all the comforts and amenities of home. We have 1600sqft over two floors, original 1930's architecture, plus private backyard dedicated to the creative arts. Built by a musician, for musicians. The Layout: Ground floor: Piano Room, Control Room, Kitchen, full bath, our room. Downstairs: Guest quarters, half bath, work lounge, drums, keyboards/bass/guitar, amps, plus access to the backyard garden. Perfectly located in Brooklyn, two blocks from the G train. 25min to Manhattan. Great food and bars nearby, close to everything.
