1940's California Cottage

A whimsical 1940's California two bedroom cottage encased in plantation shutters with an architectural turret in the southwest corner. Great natural light during the day and beautiful shadowing in the early morning hours. The interior has a variety of usable furniture that varies from art deco and memphis to mid-century modern (including a 1928 baby grand), and the turfed backyard with towering hedges is yours to use as well. The large bedroom is furnished, and the smaller bedroom has been cleared for crew/wardrobe, though we can prepare the house in whatever way best suits your needs. We're open to painting or preparing the house as needed, assuming expenses are accounted for — just need that laid out in writing ahead of time. The house is perfect for product or lifestyle shoots, as well as for small to medium film sets. We've hosted music video shoots, photo shoots, retreats, and dinner parties at this location.
