The Space

This 11,100sqft, two-story rooftop is MASSIVE and is located in the Flower District of Downtown Los Angeles. It features a sprawling and up-close view of the Downtown Los Angeles cityscape and includes several unique structures, varying facades, windows, painted walls, stairways and other aesthetic features which give you so many different ways to create! **Notify Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot** **Rates shown include use of both rooftop levels** **Check out the Add-Ons section for lighting & equipment rentals** The entrance to the rooftop has double-wide doors so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space. You'll also have access to the restroom on the 3rd floor of the building. Both levels of the rooftop feature: * Power Outlets!! * Textured Walls * Colored Walls * Corrugated Metal Panels * AC Condensor Units * Rustic, Weathered HVAC Shelter * Crow's Nest w/ Amazing View * Stairwell * Glass Windows * Graffiti Art Walls * and More!!! The surrounding area is remarkably safe. Underground parking is available for $10 per vehicle and is payable with Cash, Venmo or Zelle to the parking attendant named Benito. The building also features two elevator which can take you from the basement or building entrance directly to the rooftop on the 4th floor.
