French doors lead into a sun-filled 350 sq ft bathroom with a free-standing shower, tub and pedestal sink. The kitchen offers white cabinets and professional stainless steel appliances. Antique Indian doors and frames add a variety of ambience. A separate dressing room has steamers, irons and anything you might need.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Our COVID policies strictly adhere to the New York State mandates for any health & safety practices put in place. At the end of every shoot day, we mop/clean surfaces/sanitize bathrooms/remove garbage/etc. ourselves. After larger productions, we contract a cleaning service to deep clean the entire space. Masks are required to enter the building due to building policy.
